Itachi could solo if he had better stamina but not effortlessly like Hashirama Obito or Kabuto

MINATO's most powerful is rasengan. He can, however, redirect a Juubi bomb wherever the hell he wants. Naruto launches TBB at him? Bam. Village gone.

As far as being able to take on an entire village through brute force Id say Hashirama and Nagato only... Flower Tree world would put the entire village to sleep. Naruto is strong but Konoha has 100000 fuuinjutsu and barriers they could use on him

Itachi and Minato could possibly pull it off but it wouldn't be through brute force
