Obito couldn't crush the leaf, nor could Kabuto for that matter.
You forget that the Leaf has Naruto, who has now pretty much became the perfect jinchuuriki, not to mention it looks as though Sasuke has returned. Naruto and Sasuke would own Kabuto, and as for obito, well without the 10 tails, or madara, he wouldn't be able to defeat the likes of Naruto, Sasuke, Kakashi and Gai all at once.

Actually Kabuto would have a pretty easy time of destroying Konoha assuming he would go about it with stealth, which he probably would.
All he needs is Edo Itachi and Edo Deidara.
First those three would go to the border, take out the guards very easily like Pain and Konan did, then Kabuto could make Itachi deactivate the barrier,
