Konan or Tsunade - which is stronger???

Ok, now, there are many arguments about the strongest kunoichi (''Tsunade is the strongest female in Naruto'' thread is great example). I've noticed there are many Tsunade vs Konan arguments and this is a thread especially about this!
Now tell me: which is stronger? (not just physically!)
Tsunade

Konan

I'd say Konan. She is a long range fighter while Tsunade is opposite to her. I consider that the biggest and main Tsunade's disadvantage.
Even if Tsunade gets close to her, Konan may use her Shikigami no Mai jutsu and dodge the attack.
Practically, Tsunade wouldn't be able to hit her and Konan would have advanatage to attack her with her Paper Jutsu.
Also, Tsunade won't have time to heal herself while Konan is attacking her. She will just waste her chakra.
(Plus, Konan's Shikigami no Mai can be used in other purposes, not only to attack. She can spy, transport quickly, disable her enemy to move (to catch him, not to kill, but she can also kill if she wants - to suffocate...), she can hover....)

O think konan is a tough match for tsunade because she is paper and tsunade doesnt use ninjustu she just uses taijutsu so papaer beats rock but i duno if it would be that simple.

i think tsunade is stronger either way.

Konan, pretty easy actually. For the sole reason that no matter what Tsunade won't be able to hit Konan. Konan can fly and turn her body inter paper for reals. Plus she's a long range fighter so it's not like Konan won't be able to hit her while she flies.
