Helping her what? As I remember Tsunade replenished their chakra alone and not with their help. As I remember Tsunade saved them from Madara's last attack and not vice versa. As I remember Tsunade fought 5 Complete Susanoo alone.

I'm saying that Tsunade's using her chakra to keep her young and that she is not young anymore as she was.
Tsunade wasn't the only one who fought Madara. That fight was of great importance in war and of course it lasted longer. It's a ''boss battle'' as it's referred in games.

But we still don't know how big Konan's stamina is (so we don't know how big her chakra reserve is). It may be at the same level as Tsunade's, it may be lower, it may be higher, who knows? We know it is big (S-rank ninja, fought dangerous people like Obito) and this is fight between Tsunade and Konan, not Obito vs Konan or Madara vs Tsunade(and Kages). Konan wouldn't fight Tsunade the same way as she fought Obito nor Tsunade would fight Konan the same way as she fought Madara. Example: our conversation Konan vs Tsunade and jutsus we mentioned.
Point: you can't judge whether character ability is lower or higher (in this case, chakra reserves) based on one fight (Konan vs Obito) and then apply in other battle (example: Konan vs Tsunade) because it will be different.

All I need to know is that Konan was fighting Tobi for a few minutes.I mean she was already out of breath,when she was using her paper Jutsus.Tsunade has healed an entire village with her power.

-used Sozo saisei
-healed Onoki,Gaara and Mei
-destroyed susanoo ribcage
-defeated 1 Moku bunshin
-survived madara's susanoo slash
-broke susanoo sword
-tanked a magatama attack
-fought against 5 Moku Bunshins(regenerated from two susanoo slashes and took a susanoo down)
-tried to summon Katsuyu

And let me ask you one question.Has Konan ever demonstrated such a concentrated amount of chakra feats?No.So if we think logical we come to the conclusion that Tsunade's chakra>>Konan's chakra.
To anwer your last question:I mean that Tsunade can't kill Konan with her punches,while Konan can't defeat Tsunade with paper attacks.
