Who do you think is better Karin or Sakura?

single healing= karin.

So basically, in a tag team karin will be more helpful but in a war , sakura will be more helpful.
Also karin is a sensor and sakura is taijutsu type. i think sensor is more useful.

Sakura...although when it comes to the one-off life threatening injury/situation, Karin is superior. She was able to restore Tsunade in an instant. Too bad she can only use that ability once a day.

Back during their fight against Killer Bee. I think Sasuke is the one who states it, and Juugo tells Karin she can't use her technique anymore and he decides to sync with Sasuke instead.

Well, she was very exhausted when she healed Sasuke. When she wanted to do that second time, Jyuugo stopped her.

I like karin but sakura is better than her even at healing, sakura can actually do technical surgery and such plus she can heal multiple people before karin can get them to bite her. Karin's skill comes in handy in critical situations but its outclassed in general medical ability.

Oh yeah thats cause she literally Revived Sasuke... Bringing someone that far back from death is suppose to kill the user thats doing the healing.

she can heal hundreds of people at once, karin can heal you two-three times and then she's out of chakra, also karin can't heal illness while sakura can. Karin won't be able to heal you if you lost half of yourself, sakura has katsuyu she can heal any kind of wound. Karin was able to heal tsunade only with suigetsu's help, he was the one who put tsunade back.

Well when it comes to quality i say karin but when it comes to multiple people healing than its sakura. And like having slimy disgusting slugs on your body isn't nasty either.
Karin isn't a fast healer with slug mode ability but her healing has good quality, she healed tsunade in her state she was in which was just horrible, she isn't good to have in war as you said she can't be passed around but she is good to have in a 4 man team like team taka,i believe with the right medical practicing she can become a better healer. I wouldn't disregard Karin just yet. Then again, it's just my opinion on that situation.

I am not a yaoi, yuri, gay girl, but I will day this: Sakura is beautiful. Karin would be, if she hadnt shown her true colors five seconds after we met her and she tried to seduce sasuke (as if that would work on sasuke). Sakura can heal so many more people than she can, and I know they dont have kekkei genkai or anything but I'd expect more from one of Naruto's uzumaki relatives (though I'm not sure how they're related exactly, its been stated they're both uzumaki).So sakura is better medic, more beautiful, and loyal. Karin is supporting Sasuke now to get in his pants. End of story.
