Karin. No diff. Heals major wounds through biting. Sakura heals a lot of minor wound through Katsuyu.

Quality healing even the ninja in worst condition like tsunade = Karin

so its just what u really require healing everyone Sakura is better option or healing 1 or 2 people who are near death & could die at any second karin could make them perfect in a min.

She can heal hundreds of people at once, Karin can heal you two-three times and then she's out of chakra, also Karin can't heal illness while Sakura can. Karin won't be able to heal you if you lost half of yourself, Sakura has Katsuyu she can heal any kind of wound. Karin was able to heal Tsunade only with Suigetsu's help, he was the one who put Tsunade back.
