Using all techniques we've seen thus far, who would come out the victor once and for all?!

Of course my money is on Shino, but I have my reasons. Ready?

Neji wins this he can force chakra out of his body, it can be used for blowing away bugs even from different directions; he can close the distance with superior speed and own Shino in cqc. There is this Shino's bug which he places and blows up people with one punch; but as long as he is not match to Neji's speed (which he isn't); it won't be a problem to Neji.

Shino's insects eat chakra how exactly would pushing chakra out of his body blow away the insects?!? Plus, shino is smart I think he would come up with a strategy.

^nejis pretty damn smart too though. i think neji could win mid-high diff. his saving grace is his 360 degree rotation and field of vision which makes it very hard for shinos bugs to get too close. eventually shino, being the strategist he is, would figure out nejis blind spot, but as in his kidomaro fight, neji could feed his chakra into the blind spot and would tell when they get close. shino doesnt have unlimited bugs, either. if shino tries to go in close, neji takes him out, and air palm would prove useful against large clouds of bugs. tough fight though.

Neji takes it mid difficulty. He's definetly a lot faster than Shino and probably also faster than Shinos bug. And even if he's not faster than Shinos bugs he can easily defend against them with Rotation.

And as soon as his in close range he'll use 64 palms and it's over. And yes he'll definetly be able to do it before Shino can hit him with that Parasitic Giant Bug thing he used a few chapters back.

Sasuke isn't part of K11, and if he were, of course he would be excluded from my Shino defeats most of K11 comment.

The technique doesn't require Shino touching his opponents. He needs to find a way of getting the parasites on the opponents flesh. Sakura only using taijutsu makes his job a lot easier.
