No, as stated before previously by urahara and the dude. Hollow powers fuse with shinigami powers, as they are opposite of each other. That being said, with both of them fused, there is only one spirit, which is hollow ichigo.

He's not in his bankai gear, he's in shikai. He left bankai when he went back to earth.

I would agree with this. One of the Quincies main attributes is reishi absorbtion. That's how Uryuu had such strong arrows in Hueco Mundo. Ichigo has already manifested this ability while inside Quirge's Jail Sphere as stated by Bach.

So ichigo now holding a big sword(hollow+shinigami) small sword (quincy). So did he need to use their power separately? It's quite complicated. By the way when I saw ichigo new zangetsu, it's have some same figure as final fantasy cloud 's weopon. Do you guy think so?

I think his Shikai is freaking cool.
However for his bankai, I hope and think he will have no physical sword, merely a reishi formed sword, similar to FGT.
That would be awesome!

I think he should become one with his bankai and completely transform.... in different stages.... almost like what Aizen did with the Hogyoku.

A different stage? Do you mean a stage beyond bankai? That's sound interesting. But is that possible? Since byakuya told ichigo before bankai is the highest stage that a shinigami can achieve.
Ok first off. U guys are way off . Where do u see fire based.? It said the water vanished cuz of his reiatsu and to cool down the sword. Which meant it was too powerful. And where did it say he is in shikai form. That is just how it is. One is zamgetsu. The small one is zamgetsu and e big one is his shinigami/hollow power.
His shikai form gonna be that hollow form, he turned into when he fought ulquiorra or the form he fought Aizen in. This is a guess. And his banzai gonna be new. And no is not fire based. For now let's assume is w.e it is based.
Oh and I think ichigo banzai gonna be powerful than Yamato easily. Because it reiatsu made a river dry up. Yamato makes river dries up when his sword is in banking form. Ichigo blade was in normal form and the river dried up.

As shown in the manga his powers were in separate blades.
Ichigo's hollow is allowing him to use all of the power it has now. Instead of a vasto lorde form it has an arrancar mask.

Well Bankai is the full relase (full power) of the Zanpakuto. And if there's anything past that, it'd be the fusion between souls (Zanpakuto + weilder) a-la FGT. Meaning, Ichigo may fuse with Zangetsu but I doubt that'll happen since he said "Nor will I ask you to fight with me" meaning he doesn't want to fuse with him anymore.

we assumed shikai because unreleased swords normally look like average katana. so you're saying ichigo will be a hollow majority of the series? considering his shikai will def. be used often. i'm sure his form he fought ulquiorra in will be used for something stronger than his shikai, if its used. i do agree that his bankai should be on par w/ if not stronger than the commander's tho. however not "easily" stronger.

Well not necessary past bankai.... I was thinking different forms.... With ether Qunicy Type Moves then switching to Hollow Type moves... and have physical changes between these.

Does not want to fuse with him anymore? That defeats the whole purpose of him recognizing and using all the powers as one, which is what Kubo intended and what Ichigo has recognized as his roots. Ichigo wont have to ask either part of Zangetsu to lend their power or help because he doesnt have to. he recognizes them as part of himself and not some thing living inside him controlling or trying to dominate him from the inside.
The FGT was not the complete final form of his powers after bankai. Because he only Recognized and utilized Shinigami powers (at the time) we got to see what the Shinigami version of the next evolution surpassing bankai. Look at the Similarities between becoming Getsuga and becoming a Vasto Lorde. They looked quite similar. The Shinigami version had long black hair and the swords chain/wraps became his armor and partial mask, yet the form was incomplete because he still had 1 arm exposed. Vasto Lorde Ichigo obviously looked hollow with a helmet mask and had long Orange hair. It too was incomplete because IChigo couldnt control or communicate with it the more powerful it got because he feared it was the bad part of him.

It looks less cool than zangetsu 2.0 but none the less cool design I wonder what his bankais gonna be like
