Im just wondering if this would work,
The absolute best way to get out of a genjutsu is to have someone else push their own chakra in you right? So that works with the tailed beasts (killerbee) and other people. What about yourself?
If Naruto did a shadow clone jutsu from the beginning would he be able to use a clone to put his own chakra in him even if the real one is under a genjutsu??

I would think that there would be more literature and knowledge in Konoha about fighting the Sharingan given it comes from there. How many Uchiha were in the Chuunin exams in the years? How many teams were there with an Uchiha. Teams need to know each others' strengths and weaknesses.


Regarding Naruto being the best. I think if he fights with the toads sure. Also recall that with Sage mode he can feel living things and peoples' chakra. Recall how he found Nagato and knew about Kakashi when he returned. That alone should help him fight it. With nature chakra then that should interrupt the genjutsu since the opponent can't control the nature chakra flow. Sage mode and maybe Kyuubi mode down the road are what will help him.

He could also send 1,000 clones to train with Gai for a couple of days too.

He has options.
