I agree. Obito is way hyped. Maybe kishi have a reason for Obito to not show his mokuton and rinnegan cause if he's using it it will be two eyed sword Obito maybe doesnt have full control of his mokuton and rinnegan.

1. I didn't count edos, they should never count in such lists.
2. I don't see kages apart from Minato and Hashirama defeating Kakashi.
3. I don't include SO6P, his sons and generally ninja we know too little about.
4. Last, but not least, top 10 lists are way to subjective to be used in any kind of arguments. I think Kakashi is in top 10. Fine. You think he's not. Fine, as well. But that won't lead us anywhere.

Let's take what you said and apply it to Madara. He's got rinnegan in both eyes and is edo. This means he can spam whatever the heck he wants without ever hurting himself in the process. Basically what he can do is pretty much limitless. Does Kishi show this power? Of course not! The war would be over in 2.3 seconds if he allowed this character to utilize his full abilities.

Same thing with Obito. That Hashi dna has obviously spread to the rest of his body so using the power of both eyes would do him no harm either. Will Kishi allow him to do so? Of course not! Obito would have captured both Naruto and Bee, killed off Guy and Kakashi, and completed his plan a long time ago if Kishi would have allowed him to use those powers that he obviously has.

Just because the writer doesn't show a character's full potential, doesn't give fanboys/girls the right to use that as a crutch and start making these ridiculous claims that their favorite character is now equal to or greater than the other. People who don't blindly ride a fictional character know this. U_U

As for Obito being hit. If you read that chapter carefully then you'd know that he let Kakashi hit him so that he could see that he has no heart. Hashi's dna obviously allows him to heal pretty quickly so getting hit by another raikiri, which did no damage already, means nothing to him.

kakashi can beat dsm kabuto by kamui

kaksahi can beat itachi ,kakashi can counter all itachi's attacks but itachi can't counter kamui

He was already Jounin level at like 12 years old WITHOUT Sharingan, then he got it and hardly made any progress.
