Just search a bit in this section and eventually you will find everything and if you still have questions, ask the mods, that's why we have them.

First thing you have to do is to read the battle rules which are these:

Next after u read and understand the rules is to make a biography,following the standard template:

and the rpg character biographies rules:

After u make your bio you have to wait and get it approved, a moderator will check it out and approve or decline according to the situation.
You also need to check out the restrictions on certain bloodlines and special elements, u can read these here:

After you get your bio approved you can start training, your rank is automatically genin.
