And shattering the ground takes Tsunade 1 ****ing second.
The OP didn't specified the intel, but this doesn't really matter. The physical pain isn't breaking Tsunade's will. Orochimaru stabbed her chest and heart several times, but she still was able to move and run without using regeneration. She was impaled with two Susanoo swords, her spine was dameged, but she still continued to fight.

She can summon Katsuyu even when she is cut in half, this means nothing stops her from summoning if Hidan can get the blood and stab himself.
I don't see Hidan pushing Tsunade to her limits, let alone defeat her. She is a bad match up for him.

Okay that convinced me, Tsunade wins but with some injuries and a shorter lifespan :p

But summonings are mostly used against other summonings or big opponents like Juubi etc. i dont think Katsuyu would play a role in a battle between these two. If Tsunade does not die after three stabs in the heart and keeps regenerating i highly doubt Hidan would stay there and continue stabbing, especially when he saw how strong Tsunades attacks were before. I dont get why people think Hidan is so stupid in fact he has never done anything really stupid.
Alright I'll entertain you since you're bringing up decent points.

The thing is, Tsunade has very powerful attacks that would kill even a summoning. When she notices that some skinny dude with a stick is tanking her hits without so much as batting an eye, she'd start to wonder what's going on. Let's remember, Asuma's team weren't told that hidan was immortal. They figured it out when they saw him take critical hits with 0 effect. After a hit or two, tsunade would gather that her opponent can't die and would go into measure to try defeating him. She'd most likely consider her massive summoning which spits acid powerful enough to dissolve rock. I agree that massive summons aren't necessarily used in thee situations, and i'm not suggesting she instantly pulls it out for no reason, but eventually she'd start resorting to any strategy she can.

Hidan on the other hand, he'd get a hit in on tsunade and draw blood. The thing is, both these guys would hit each other so there's no such thing as no one getting hits. When hidan gets his hit in, he'd step back and drink the blood turning black. Of course, tsunade won't rush him seeing her opponent transform as she has no idea what he's about to do and it'd be wreckless to rush someone when they're apparently doing something you don't even understand. Hidan would draw up his circle and stab himself a bit. It's at this point tsunade would feel the blows and quickly activate byakugo before she dies - assuming hidan has hit a vital. Hidan would see his opponent is still alive and would stab again. Through all this, tsunade woud gather that he can some how inflict pain on her and hidan would gather that his opponent is somehow 'like him'.

Now, we have a situation where tsunade knows her opponent is immortal and knows that whatever he does to himself happens to her. He'd also 'know' that his opponent is also immortal and this fight would seem a stalemate. Tsunade, having no reason to think otherwise, would simply jump in and super punch hidan flying him meters away. But, she'd suffer severe damage from that. she'd gather that whatever she does to him happens to her and she has no way of even linking that the circle is necessary.

So, now, we have;

Tsunade's Intel:
-Immortal opponent
-If i hit him/if he damages himself i get hurt

Hidans intel
-Superhuman strong woman who can utterly blow him up
-Apparently 'immortal' Also - he might even assume her byakugo seals are like his jashin transformation and think she's part of the jashin cult.

Now, both these people are at a stalemate, but tsunade would now notice that hidan is no longer masochistic stabbing (he's been flung from his circle). She'd obviously start to think on this. "Why did he change when he drank blood? Why did he draw up that circle? Why isn't he stabbing anymore that he's out of the circle". Eventually, tsunade would test out a theory and see that hidan actually requires the circle to do linked damage. Hidan would also eventually start to notice that his opponents wounds are actually speed healing, and gather that she's infact healing and not immortal.

At the end of it all, hidan would gather that she's healing and it probably has to do with her markings and it's maybe some type of ninjutsu (uses chakra so could run out) and tsunaade would realise that she has to keep him out of the circle and try her best to stop him from gathering blood. Tsunade would then consider assistance from katsuya since it'd help her stay out of his reach so that he can't get blood, and katsuya can offer some sort of support for defeating him.

When everything's said and done, tsunade would incapacitate him by ripping his limbs off. Dissolving him in katsuya acid. or some other form of dismemberment. She'd win the fight mid-high diff without intel, but low-mid with intel. But, without intel, hidan can possibly beat her extreme diff if he can just outlast her byakugo at which point she becomes an exhausted shrivelling mess. However, that's highly unlikely as she has enough chakra in just her seal to heal an entire village. The fight would last for hours (Her chakra reserves + Byakugo reserves) before she runs out of chakra.

NB: Tsunade ran out of chakra so quickly against madara because she had to replenish oonoki and gaara's stamina and heal them before she even opened up her byakuho to fight herself. Her byakugo seal was still visible after she was split in half, after dan replenished her chakra.

Breaking his legs would be enough to disable his movement. No one can move with broken legs.

hidan can..... he most possibly heals all internal damage instantly...

Asuma couldn't move but hidan walked that shit off like a professional hooker.

Uh? So even you hink Hidan can fight with a broken leg? ***** please.

Imma avoid the insulting and just tell you that: Physical damage does not ruin Hidan at all, for the 10th time:

I think I need to make a whole thread about this:

Concerning Hidan "Is Done For, When Taking Internal Damage".

Here you see his ribcage, etc body part, was pierce.

Hidan breaking his own femur.

Here you see Shikimaru sewing, punching in, and strapping down his body.

And last, he took a took a blast that should of broken down his body from the inside due to it's pressure:

My point was breaking his body shows no sign that effects him from being immobile. His body has to literally be separated from each other in order to be immobile

This is a really nice text :win:
But i dont understand the ending so Tsunade is on top of Katsuyu and Katsuyus is supporting Tsunade but then how can Tsunade suddenly incapacitate Hidan :S Plus when Hidan has someones blood he does not lose the curse until the opponent is dead so Hidan can immediately make another circle and try stabbing his head or something like this or he cuts his own head off and waits until Kakuzu arrives :p

I'm still not convinced. We haven't seen Hidan fighting with broken limbs.
But if you are right, Tsunade just rips his arms out. Hidan has no chance of winning this.

Oh I cut the last part short. she can always leave katsuya and engage him again with katsuya for support. She can make mini katsuya's to trap him and then 'dismember' him somehow from there. Ontop of katsuya, she can make katsuya spit acid to dissolve him. He can't outrun that large pool of acid. It's alot bigger than some people assume. You need to be extremely fast or have S/T to avoid such a large scale attack.

Idk about that not losing curse part.. you'd need scans of that. Plus, if tsunade figured that out, standing in a circle while a slug spits acid at you wouldn't be wise. Especially while you know your opponent can't die by your attack. Hidan would most likely drop his curse and actually try to decapitate her manually or something.

Lmao, cutting his head off would be the worst idea haha XD, he'd just give tsunade an easy victory. before she's completely dead :p

Actually Hidan won't be fighting with a "broken" leg or even walking on one. If he takes a direct hit from Tsunade after her byakugou has been released or Gai in the 6th or 7th gate his bone will shatter.

I think your overestimating Tsunade's heal feats though. Indeed she can regenerate but that doesn't exclude that she can "heal from death" as I would say. When Hidan target death blows there is no regenerating from that. Even Tsunade understands the limitations of regeneration:

Now I know she was specifically talking about chakra tubes being disconnected but what I want to point out is this can be the same situation as breaking the heart or brain if the heart is almost impossible to kill from.

Also notice how Tsunade has to remove the object to completely/successful heal from while Hidan can just leave it there:

Tsunade was taling about the effects of FRS on Naruto. She said she can't heal him if his chakra networks are destroyed.

Her Sozo Saize/ Byakugou regenerates on cellular level. As Tsunade stated, it's not medical ninjutsu, it's regeneration.

Orochimaru stabbed her heart, but she used the regeneration only 5 minutes later.

Nah lol, we've seen tsunade actually take critical hits and survive. Just look at the madara fight, she has so many critical hits it's rediculous. She's even alive after being cut in half (that's a disconnected spinal cord right there and should mean death or immobility yet she summoned katsuya). Hidan's attacks really can't kill her through byakugo. Plus, what she refered to in those scans was medical ninjutsu. Her byakugo is straight up mitosis. That's actually cell division which is what created things like the brain, heart, kidney, lungs, skin, etc. The fact that she can move with two swords through her torso and even heal that massive internal damage means that hidans stabbing, or leaving his sword in does nothing. Then you forget the part where she can simply punch him outside of the circle(assuming she's deduced his abilities by this point) and now he'd just have a stick in his chest that is doing nothing to her.

Else, they'd both be camping immortality playing a game of chicken.
