Is Sasuke capable of developing rinnegan?

at this point he is more closer to obtaining rinnegan than naruto coz he is a natural uchiha but naruto in either a namikaze or an uzumaki . At this point inm time we only know that we need to have both senju and uchiha dna

Well, I think Sasuke can not develop rinnegan however he can borrow rinnegan eyes.

Remember first Sasuke was too proud to awaken MS but soon he realized he is weak and changed his mind to borrow Itachi's eyes and EMS was awakened.

Its only a matter of when imo, i mean first karins blood, next zetsu seeds in his body, obito wants him to develope rinnegan. and he had that heart to heart with hashi so if none of the above are responsible sasuke will use senju dna straight from hashi himself either way it will happen, unless he dies before it happens

Um... guys Sasuke sucked Karins Chakra, not blood.
Even if he did, a few drops of blood are not enough to awake the rinnegan.
Thought, Kishi would probably give him another powerup in this arc. Just look how big is the gap between Naruto and Sasuke, maybe he's going to unlock a new stage of sharingan or some new power, unknown to the Uchiha.

Yea, he could. Senju DNA isn't that hard to get (Orochimaru has some, maybe get one from Zetsu, might be able to obtain DNA from Tobirama or Hashirama directly).

I thought this was why Kabuto wanted Sasuke? He was the only remaining Sharingan in development that had the potential to turn into a rinnegan. Kabuto wanted to experiment on Sasuke so Kabuto could get the rinnegan and he didn't want to risk facing Obito/obito wasn't compatible.

I'd personally like if Sasuke got the rinnegan.
