Anyways what you fail to realize is that Itachi can still react to muki tensei while in sussano as shown in the manga the user is still mobile while in sussano.

I am very aware of this. But, Susano'o doesn't cover the bottom/feet of the user. A core weakness that could cause injury to Itachi.

I dont understand whats the problem here as seeing Itachi already reacted towards muki tensei and as seeing the user is still fully mobile while in sussano i see no reason why itachi cant evade it.

You only took into account when Itachi reacted to when Kabuto animated the cave. There are countless ways that Kabuto can use Muki Tensei/manipulate all inorganic things to defeat Itachi.

I can't say I agree. Itachi can't susanoo up for long, and what is he going to do if he does? he can't hit a sensor like Kabuto with the totsuka sword. Kabuto can simply use that flute genjutsu to pull him out of it (the incomplete version), or white rage, wasting a ton of itachi's stamina. Amaterasu is useless, and so is genjutsu, and Itachi needs FULL susanoo simply to ward off kabuto, as i said previously kabuto has two methods to remove an incomplete one. kidomaru's technique necessiates itachi to use amaterasu or susanoo, and so does kimimaro's seedling ferns. which means that for most every attack kabuto makes, itachi needs to pull out the ms. he only used 5 ms techs against sasuke going full out before dying of exhaustion. and Kabuto is constantly accumulating sage mode. His only hope is to survive long enough to use the asspull Izanami, but I doubt that would happen if it's 1v1 and alive, you're forgetting that Kabuto creamed itachi three times in the fight too, it wasn't just him protecting sasuke but also the other way around. And this is all without a single edo tensei.
