- This technique can be used to distance one's self from their opponent, by the gust of wind being strong enough to force them back. The strength of the wind could be used to not only force your opponent back away from you, but it could push them into objects like a rock or a tree, or get you out of range of a jutsu you may be in range of (primarily close or mid ranged)
- The dust this jutsu could pick up from preforming this jutsu could also cloud the sight of your opponent, giving you the opprotunity to get out of sight and used ambush based attacks (if that's your game plan) or escape from a situation you feel is out of your immediant range of thinking. Also the diversion it could play for the moment, blinding your opponent could give you the immediant go ahead to follow through with another jutsu that they wouldn't expect.
- Lastly, this jutsu comes in handy for deflecting and enhancing projectiles. When in terms of your opponent throwing projectiles towards you, you could use this jutsu, the gust of wind, being stronger then the natural strength of a shinobi's thrust in throwing projectiles like basic kunai or shuriken, would force them back towards one's opponent or simply render their attack towards you uselses by neutralizing the velocity at which it travels and they'll fall to the ground prematurely. In terms of you throwing your own projectiles, shooting your gust of wind in conjunction with the direction of your projectiles would increase the speed of the weapons and also how much force is behind them, meaning they head quicker to your opponent (harder to evade) and if they hit, the force behind it will cause more damage (via deeper wounds from penetration).
Combinations-strategies Primarily I see this jutsu as being a great use with simple projectiles like shuriken or kunai. You could toss your weapons and the wind traveling in conjunctin could add speed and penatration power. You. Also a wind-fire combination, using a fire based jutsu (if you have the training that is) and then using this jutsu to enhance the potency and range of the flames. However if both jutsu exhale from the mouth, this jutsu may need to be used by another party such as a shadow clone or summon. I could also see this technique useful for getting off the ground, shooting the flow of wind dowards and that could set you up for an arial attack to use against your opponent.
- For larger projectiles like fuma Shuriken or anything with a greater density, the wind may have a harder time deflecting them if thrown by your opponent.
- Since this is a relitave lower level jutsu, any fire technique would be able to make it's way through the winds and that would be an easy counter for this jutsu as well.
- Also considering the territory, if in a territory where there is a lot of dust. When this jutsu is preformed, just as you could use it as cover for another attack or an escape, your opponent could use it in the same way. The dust being between the two of you (if enough is gathered that is) could block your sight of your opponent, which is always a flaw that could be used against you.
Ways to counter this technique Using a fire jutsu to force through the flames, making it useless, or using a more powerful wind technique to render their winds useless and also to dispell the sand/dust. Also a jutsu of any kind that could provide a mass of movement in the opposite direction with strong enough force to combat the winds like a powerful/large flow of water or large amounts of earth (via earth jutsu) that would prove to be to dense for the winds to move, also if the earth is moving at it's own velocity towards their opponent, the winds could be useless. Also blocking the winds with some sort of barrier works just as good too.

*I make the bird seal and I begin to inhale through my nose. I breath in from my diaphram, feeling the wind chakra deep inside my body. I feel the flow channeling from my diaphram into my lungs and I exhale through my mouth. The air coming out of my mouth, fused with my chakra creates a gust of wind, gathering the minirals from the ground (the dust) and creating a large gust of dusty wind, which disperses from a steady stream into the air after s certian distance*

- Well lets start with the most basic string point of this technique, the technique is a highly compressed orb of water, the key word here is compressed, meaning the space is tightly packed with water molecules thus giving it an amazing density and speed. The orb itself somewhat receives the property of a bullet, thus giving it a title of rain bullet.
- A very, very interesting point in the jutsu that i managed to point out is that this technique says; "user will be knocked back", if you notice that part it is one of the most amazing use of this low ranked jutsu. What if something requires you to push yourself back, and channeling chakra into the ground is not possible to bring pillars or likes. This jutsu can be shot in one direction and due to its compressed space property it exerts equally opposite force at the user thus sending him backwards, can be used to dodge certain jutsus or avoid direct hits.
- Last but not the least is the main purpose of this justu, the two actions that states the main offensive side of it; "If it hits the enemy the enemy will be sent away flying or unbalanced." It can have two effects, one is it may send the opponent flying away AS user flies back too, and given the range as short it can be a good way to increase distance between the two ninjas. Second is throwing the opponent off-balance and using it to develop a counter position and get hold of the battle.
Combinations-strategies; A very amazing combination strategy is using it as a distraction or use as speed boost in a freeform battle. So, what if my character needs a sudden boost, I release the jutsu on the ground facing back, I then turn around slicing or performing a free form action move. But not only that, lets look at another way, it can be used as some jutsu that attacks the user from behind, so this justu can be used to lure the opponent or push them back to that certain location to attack from the back.
- Well, like everyone else I noticed the rank as a weak point. Event with all those uses a weak technique is a weak technique. Its given rank is D, thus making it the lowest, so even a direct hit won't be enough to sieze the victory in the battle, however it may give more opportunities to attack, but that does not change the fact that it is the lowest possible rank. (excluding E)
- The range, the second weakness is that its range is way too limited. Although I found that fact absurd because it seems to be a compressed ball like bullet, it should be at-least midrange to fully use it to your advantage, but since it isn't it can only be used in close range, and will fail if used at distance of mid/long. It can be used as a supplement way of throwing yourself back even if it doesn't reaches the opponent.
- The third and last weak point is the advantage I stated earlier, it can also back fire; "the user will be knocked back", the technique has a condition of high pressure forces on either side, so what if you do not want to change your position, no matter what you try you have to make sure your stability stays unaffected when using this technique.
Ways to counter this technique; A very easy and fun counter against this technique is earth shields and earth pillar. To make a dramatic fight one can use a simple shield or cover the body part that is being attacked. There is another earth technique which not only adds an armor but also increases your Taijutsu skills, but since its heavy it decrease users speed, but since its heavy it may be able to counter the pressure of this rain technique.
Blizzard after completely describing the technique, he closes his eyes, and gathers the spirit that he had earned in the past long hours of meditation, using his mastery over wind and water he gathers both elements, water to form the orb and wind to compress it to such level that its compression forms a very high density water orb/ bullet, he then aims for the tree that stood infront of him, keeping a constant chakra supply in the orb and having ful control over the orb's shape using chakra manipulation he extends his arms and releases a sudden pressured chakra behind the orb to make it act and fire as a bullet, its strength so amazing that tears the ree back bending it and making it roots sprout out of the ground, while Blizzard had his feet dragged backwards scraping the soil which helped him balance his heel on the ground. "Phew that was fun."

Before we actually move to the techniques I'd like to go over the basics of combat. What can you tell me about ninja tools? Projectile weapons like shuriken, kunai, senbons? How can they be used in battle? Which ways. Think very carefully, there are various ways to utilize all of them ^_^

Ok, so ninja tools:
- kunai
- shuriken
- windmill whuriken
- senbon
- wire
- spike (that weird thing that they throw on the ground, dunno the proper name)
- flashbomb
- smokebomb
- exploding tag
Kunai:
The most basic and most often used ninja tool. It can be used to throw, stab or cut, and can be used to attach other tools to it like exploding tags or wires. People usually use it as a thrown weapon with an exploding tag on it. This way they can avoid close combat fights and attack the opponent with great threat and even deal good damage. It's also used with elemental/non elemental ninjutsu as a base for the technique like Danzo's wind sword. However kunais are small and generally used with other tools or techniques, they can still be used on their own as it was shown in the fight with Kakashi and Zabuza. A good enough user can stop extremely big and heavy close combat weapons with a single kunai, or deflect thrown projectiles with it.
Shuriken:
Another pretty basic tool, but less used than kunais. It can only serve as a thrown weapon, but still as lethal as a kunai. They can be used with other tools and elemental/non elemental techniques. They are usually used with wires to bind the opponent and prevent him/her from moving. There are some elemental techniques that increases the destructive power of it and allows the user to redirect the weapon in mid air, greatly increasing the accuracy and attack targets behind obstacles.
Windmill Shuriken:
Another thrown weapon, but rarely used in battles. They are extremely big and hard to attack with them. A slow and not too accurate weapon that can be spotted and countered easily. However thanks to it's size and weight, it possesses great destructive power and if hits, deals serious damage by making deep cuts, breaking bones and damaging inner organs.
Senbon:
Another thrown weapon which requires great accuracy or have to be used in great numbers. A senbon is a long and thin projectile weapon which deals small damage, but if used correctly and aimed at vital spots, it can finish off any opponent. Senbons are usually used as hidden weapons and shot from them in great numbers or great accuracy. One example is Amegakure's umbrella what shoots out countless senbons at once. Another example is the puppet master's puppets which shoot them from hidden spots with great accuracy. Senbons are also poisoned so even if it can't hit a lethal spot, it still finishes off the opponent. Advantage of this is that, the opponent won't pay attention of small injuries like a senbon's stab.
Wire:
Counted as a basic tool, but can't be used on it's own. Mostly used with kunais and shurikens to restrict the opponent, or like it was shown in the Shikamaru vs Hidan fight, it can be used for traps. Putting several exploding tags on it can make it extremely dangerous, but unfortunately hard to execute and never hits. Elemental chakra can be channeled through it to execute special techniques.
Spike:
The least known ninja tool. Can't cause lethal injury unless poisoned, but can slow down the opponent. Unfortunately it has to be layed down on the ground in great numbers and the user have to force the opponent to step on them. It's very hard to use them in battle.
Flashbomb:
A very good ninja tool what luckily is rarely used. Once it explodes it blinds the target temporarily, giving great advantage to the user. If used incorrectly, it can be easily countered/avoided, but a good enough user uses it in a way that it becomes totally unexpected and surely "hits".
Smokebomb:
Another good bomb, but if possible even less used than flashbombs. When it explodes it creates a thick smoke in the targeted area, blocking all sights and concealing movements/attacks.
Exploding tag:
The most common bomb type tool. It can be used with kunais, on traps or on its own. Depending on the situation and number, it can serve as a diversion or killing move. Listing the way of usage is just a waste of time, as it only depends on the user's skills.

I want you to get within short/close range of my clone. You will then place your hand on top of him (location of your choosing) continued by inserting your own chakra into his system through your arm as a bridge, connecting the two. I then want you to grab a hold of my clone's own chakra, allowing you to "suck" back in the chakra towards your own body by utilizing your own chakra as a rope, slowly depriving him of chakra. Due to your target being a clone, he should easily dispersed after having absorbed a decent amount of chakra from his body. ((Chakura Kyūin no Jutsu) - Chakra Absorption Technique

Since no one will just let you to suck their chakra out, you have to use this tech on an opponent that is unconscious. However for that you have to beat him first, but in a war situation you can replenish your chakra and continue fightning. In a tag team battle if your partner can cover for you and you took down an opponent that has chakra (even if it is a summoned animal), you can restore chakra and continue fightning.
Ways to counter this technique
Pretty easily, use a lightning tech when the opponent touches you and you have won. You not only stopped the technique, but also paralised and damaged the opponent.
Taijutsu or kenjutsu attacks can also prevent the opponent from maintaining the tech, by either disconnecting it or making him lose focus when getting damage.
I can only imagine what could happen if you try to use this tech on a Hyuuga...
*As I finished filling up the scroll, I walk to the nearest clone and place my right hand on his chest. Then I gather a decent amount of chakra and channel it inside him through my right arm. When I injected my chakra into him, I direct it into his chakra cyrculation system and mix it with his own. While doing this I keep a thin line of chakra connected to me and slowly pull it backwards. Because of my chakra being mixed with the clone's, it will pull his chakra too. Right as I started to suck the chakra, I make the previously thin line more and more thick, increasing the amount of chakra being drained. Then I simply keep it up until the clones poofs away in a smoke.*
Questions: let's say I've used a genjutsu to stop my opponent. if I use this tech on him, would it break the genjutsu? his chakra would be disturbed in my opinion.

Well to break out of D rank genjutsu you would need a C ranked burst-type elemental technique or at least a B ranked burst-type ninjutsu technique. That being said, the C ranked absorption technique wouldn't work. UNLESS you held physical contact to your opponent for two full turns, causing the technique to "stack" up to the "power" of a B-rank. Allowing you to suck enough chakra out of him to disrupt his system for the genjutsu he is placed in.Strong points

Use with care when the opponent is busy. Use thrown weapons that has exploding tags, flash bombs or smoke bombs on them to make more confusion. Use wind techniques to make the projectiles faster and more deadly and cover them.
Ways to counter this technique
Any wind technique does the trick and several earth, fire and water too. Anything that forms a wall, able to deflect them or just has a huge mass can do the trick. Tho dodging is hardly works if the opponent uses it on a bigger scale.
*After filling up the scroll, I open up all of my ammo puches and jump in the air. Right as I make the jump, I start to twist my body and rotate at high speed. Then I start to throw most of my thrown weapons at random directions under and all around me. I throw kunais, shurikens and senbons and destroy several clones in the vicinity.*

Strong pointsWell to break out of D rank genjutsu you would need a C ranked burst-type elemental technique or at least a B ranked burst-type ninjutsu technique. That being said, the C ranked absorption technique wouldn't work. UNLESS you held physical contact to your opponent for two full turns, causing the technique to "stack" up to the "power" of a B-rank. Allowing you to suck enough chakra out of him to disrupt his system for the genjutsu he is placed in.

right as you summoned the spiked balls, use a wind attack to push them away. that way they could reach mid range or longer and have more power thanks to the wind. or use a lightning tech and electroduce them. if the opponent gets hit, it would be quite a "shock" to him. or with an earth tech trap your opponent(s) inside an eara where you are in the center. that way he can't flee and forced to block it. if you fight with clones, he can't protect them. tho it's a very bad idea since you get trapped and surrounded by enemies...
Ways to counter this technique
Anything that can block the balls and at least C-rank can do the trick.
really not much to say to this. raise an earth wall around your opponent and all the balls will bounce back from it. use a wind tech and blow them back, or a water tech that could do the same. a strong enough fire tech could melt them too. there are some close combat jutsus that could be used to deflect them, like a Hyuuga's jyuuken. another possibility to harden your skin so the balls can't hurt you.

You will then activate the scrolls, summoning various weapons that will burst outwards, sending the clone into the air. You will then continue by grabbing a chain and wrapping it around my clone's leg as he is airborne, effectively crushing him against the ground as you pull down on the chain.(Sōgu: Fūjin Heki) - Manipulated Tools: Floating Blades Wall

It seems as though the last technique actually does not need hand seals. I assumed it did because of the summoning that was required, which usually takes one hand seal. However the wiki-technique doesn't state any. Though, its from a video game, its safe to assume you need one hand seal to activate. As for the 10,000 wall technique, your clones would need to be close enough to create a straight wall-defense, not separate ones. If so, it would work.okok sorry for that previously. *I start to walk toward the nearest clone while grabbing 2 small scrolls with my left. As I grabbed the scrolls, I open them up with my fingers and get ready to unroll them. Then as I reach the clone, with a quick throwing motion toward the ground and him, I unroll the scrolls and let them fall onto the ground. As the scrolls unrolled, I send my chakra into them and activate the sealing formulas, making the weapons inside them got launched toward the sky. Since the scrolls are under him, they will launch him in the air. When he is in the air, I grab a chain that is also launched from 1 of the scrolls, swing it and make it wrap around his leg. Then I just pull him back and down with great force that results in him being crashed onto the ground.*

A faint attack while throwing the scrolls is a MUST. To use it effectively the best option is a tajutsu fight, where you don't keep distance from your opponent, making him react harder to the scrolls. However then you risk of either getting hit too, or he just moves out of the way. Another possibility is using hidden mist jutsu, get close to the opponent silently and throw them under him.
Ways to counter this technique
The best way is to keep distance so he can't even use it, but once he gets close try to destroy the scrolls. Burn them with a fire jutsu, or use a lightning tech that possibly destroyes the sealing formula inside them. Another possibility is an earth tech that pushes them away or a wind tech that cuts them to shreds. You can also use the stone skin tech or water replacament to block the weapons or letting them pass through. Hurricane Fist could also launch you away from the weapons if you are fast enough.
(Sōgu: Dai Tekkai) - Manipulated Tools: Giant Iron Lump
*As I finished the previous tecnique, I grab the giant scroll you gave me and open it. Then I raise it above my head and start to make circles, making the scroll unroll all around me equally. When I'm ready, I channel chakra into it and turn the whole scroll into a chain with a huge metal ball at the end of it. I swing the metal ball a few times above me and then crush a clone with a simple swinging horizontal movement.*

If the opponent doesn't use high level techs, it can be used on it's own, but if he does then only use with care. I would only use it if I have clones/summonings on the battlefield that could help me either to attack or defend. To prevent from getting hit with a lightning tech, I would use a lightning tech through the chain too. That would prevent me from getting hit as well as makes the attack more lethal and dangerous.
Ways to counter this technique
Like with every scroll used techs, destroying the scroll is the best option. If not there's 2 ways to counter. One is to block/avoid it with a tech that could be for example: tornado fist to launch yourself away or stop the metal ball, an earth pillar to hit the chain and make it reel up on it, what would make the ball miss me, or just use it to throw myself away or up. Water replacament can also be used if you run toward the opponent and the metal ball can't hit you, just only the chain. An earth wall can block the whole thing too, like moving earth core or something similar and a strong wind tech that pushes the ball away is good too. Another way to counter is to attack instead of defending. Since the whole process is slow, using an earth/water tech under the opponent would result in him being unable to attack at all. A fast lightning/wind/fire tech that attacks head on is good too, so he would be forced to stop his swings and defend.

*As I'm done filling up the scrolls and preform the techs, I grab another scroll with my right and open it up. Then as always I raise it up above my head while making circles and unroll the scroll around me. When I'm done, I quickly throw the scrolls upward in the air while it's still moving and perform the necessary hand seals. As I'm ready I send chakra into the scroll, activate the sealing formula and summon several kunais which are connected with strings. The kunais are being shot all around me as the scroll spins and attack everything around me.*

Well it's pretty hard to come up with any since the tech isn't too useful. Probably use it when you are surrounded with clones/ninkens/summonings and your opponent isn't good. Let him get close and make him believe he has the upper hand, then activate the scroll and attack everything in sight. Use a wind tech that pushes everything away so the kunais will get a boost to their damage and you won't be hit that easily. A shield or cloak type tech that blocks enemy attacks is good too, but always make sure your opponent won't get you while using the tech.
Ways to counter this technique
Since the tech needs hand seals and the scroll must be unrolled/throwned, you have plenty of time to counter. Either attack from under or above where the tech doesn't have effect and force him to cancel/defend right away or use other means to block. If you have clones around the opponent, use Flowing Earth Wall of 10,000 Miles so they each creates a wall of mud in front of them that could defend them (tho I'm not sure if it could be used that way). Use moving earth core to raise a wall around the opponent so the kunais won't reach you and he ges trapped. A wind or water tech that has an appropriate scale and strength can push the kunais away is good too. A shield/cloak like tech made from wind/lightning/earth is useful too, but won't allow you to attack at the same time. I'm not sure about fire, but probably that can be used too, since there are a few that works as a solid projectile or has enough force to push the kunais away, or just simply melt them.
Similar to the kai release technique to suddenly halt your chakra flow, I want you to focus on your entire chakra system. You will continue by "suppressing" your chakra by severely reducing the flow of it, causing it to be very minimal. The low chakra signal would prevent you from using ninjutsu all together as you are completely focused on maintaining a minuscule chakra source for survival.(Chakra Yokuatsu no Jutsu) - Chakra Suppression Technique
