I think Kishimoto is waiting for Madara and Hashirama's rematch to show his 2nd MS ability. It will probably just be Amaterasu though.

K let me rephrase, perfect susano is the only ability we've really seen so far..obviously he also has tsukiyomi or his moons eye plan wouldn't exist

This ^, since Tobirama has seen Enton before, most likely Madara and Izuna.
The other ability is probably Tsukoyomi (similar to Sasuke) or time reversal (hence he survived the death blow by Hashirama).

perfect susanoo isnt a rinnegn technique its a uchiha one jeez people, and as for his other two abilities im 2000 % sure it's amaterasu and tsukiyomi, those are the two techniques you need for susanoo

It isn't sure that every MS user wil have a special ability Itachi dnt have any spl ability and same with Madara(atleast for nw)........probably Madara or Izuna has the same ability as Sasuke did since Tobirams mentioned that he never seen a Enton that stronge and only MS user's that Tobirama knw are Madara and Izuna..............

Susano is the third power which can only be unlocked by someone with 2 MS, not necescerally having Amaterasu and Tsukoyomi together.

Only reason why Obito hasn't unlocked it yet is because Kakashi have his other MS eye

meteors is rinningan's tech
but perfect susano is ems tech ,remember ems madara used it against hashirma when he surrounded the kiubi with it
