Susano'o is the product of two unique Mangekyō abilities, of which we have yet to see.

But seriously, we have yet to see what his MS abilities are. Everything about it is speculation until it is finally revealed in the manga.

He is proficient in usages of susanoo; neither Sasuke or Itahi is that diverse at using susanoo in different forms.
He can make it a coating to kyuubi or make an army of it...

It isn't sure that every MS user wil have a special ability Itachi dnt have any spl ability and same with Madara(atleast for nw)........probably Madara or Izuna has the same ability as Sasuke did since Tobirams mentioned that he never seen a Enton that stronge and only MS user's that Tobirama knw are Madara and Izuna..............

Time-manipulated genjutsu is Itachi's special ability.

Sasuke has Amaterasu-manipulation.

Madara's are unknown, although it's implied he has Tsukuyomi.

Tobirama recognizing Kagutsuchi could be attributable to Izuna, so it's unknown if Madara has it or Amaterasu.
