Kabuto genjustu isn't working on kage level ninja. Gai broke out of it and he doesn't even use genjustu so did kakashi kurenai sakura and sshikamaru

Kabuto isn't healing from a technique which is melting his whole body. He barely healed from Naruto's fodder rasengan.
When Mei's acid melts Hidan's schythe, he will be completely useless.

cause she isnt a trained medical ninja who spend all their effort into avoiding attacks
hidan can probably solo her

But she isn't a fodder either. Her reaction time is pretty good, and her jutsu speed is impressive as well. Not to mention the fact she can cover herself with Acid Mist. Kabuto and Hidan aren't good or fast enough to surprise Mei.

And? I doubt this stick is more durable than the V3 Susanoo.

Mei wins. Low diff. Any other outcome is laughable, Boil Release melts these guys. Lmao @ Hidan's immortality saving him from becoming a puddle of melted flesh. Kabuto's regen isn't saving him either, as he needs to constantly pour chakra into it and he doesn't have the chakra to outlast Boil Release with regen, not when it was able to melt V1 Susanoo bones.

Mei Low diff. She's wayyyy too underestimated.

None of team 2 is getting remotely close to her due to the sheer scale of her jutsu.

Hidan gets melted by sustained boil release + lava attacks.
Kabuto loses to boil release. He's shown a significant limit to his healing abilities (only being able to heal part of the damage of an incomplete rasengan). That's just not enough to keep tanking boil release while may is blasting away with lava, dragon floors, and water spouts.

Infact, hidden mist + boil release just wins it for her. They can't find her and they slowly die.
