And its not like she doesn't use her legs either. Why does everyone assume she is terrible using taijutsu when she even used it to stop black Zetsu in mid air? And she's definetly not slow.

She was able to melt a V1 Susanoo and a V2 Susanoo (Though she never finished them off), she is going to be able to melt human bodies much faster.

Hidan continuing the fight when he's melting turning into a pile of flesh? Not likely. Even so, Mei can simply dodge his slash or counter with a lava style.

Kabuto's regen still requires him to actively pour chakra to heal himself, he can't fight and do that at the same time, and he will have to do that as if he stops, the mist melts him. There is also the pain of the mist melting his skin off his body.

People ignore the fact that Hidan's body is not normal, thus they conclude that he melts easily from Boil Release.

-It has corrosive properties.
-The lower she makes the pH level, the more acidic and corrosive it gets.

Mei's mist doesn't give off heat, its acidic and corrosive, that is why and how it melts its targets.

But we don't know how it will effect him, nor do we know if it will even effect him any different, as he can still have body parts severed from him. So we can't just say, this won't work as well as it should because he's tanked all these before.

That is a rational response to make that claim since all the attacks he tanked served a purpose of defeating their opponent. And none of them had the side effects on him.

Edit: Now Im not saying that he can lived in that gas all he wants and nothing happens. But Im saying she can just shoot it and expect it to work instantly

No its not. What he tanked works completely different from Mei's Boil Release. You are going to need some hard proof that he can withstand Boil Release otherwise he gets melted, eventually.
