Sasuke never dodged V2 Raikage, he dodged V1.

In v2 he was overwhelmed.

On a scale of 1-10 of bad arguments that's a 9. Sasuke only managed to do that once, but that was by using sharingan, which isn't speed. Or did they show an entire panel dedicated to his eye to make a nonexistent point?

Unlike the common misconception, body flicker isn't teleporting. It's vitalizing the body with chakra to move at such untraceable speeds, that it's misunderstood as teleportig. Even if it was teleporting, the manga counts it as speed. Manga>your personal opinion on what speed is.

Unlike Sasuke, Naruto managed to dodge A at his full speed.

Why shouldn't I? That's what it's called in the games, that's what I like to refer it to. I had to adjust to everyone's terms for things on the base, no less fair if you have to adjust what I refer it as. If either would win, it would be through high difficulty, don't fanboy Sasuke.
