Since when? Minato needs to Kyuubi to do a full one. Just like Naruto, which he doesn't have. He can do a small handheld one at best.

Enton is burn Damage which isn't very destructive, Susano'O swords barely broke though a small layer of sand. And thats no where nere close to FRS or Bijudama.

No, he doesn't. Naruto had stolen Kurama's chakra and placed it in a separate place inside his body. He wasn't even using Kurama, he was using the chakra he had stole from him to create the TBB. Minato can do the same; the TBB is just a rasengan in KM mode.

It even makes sense as well. When Bee and A do their lariat they need to both put in the same amount of power for the technique to work properly. Same thing applies here, they need to put in the same amount of power for the technique to work.
