1. I want to learn suiton, because it's very useful when you fight against someone with Fire techniques and because learning water is very useful when fighting close to a lake.
2. Water Release is weak against earth because earth structures can dissipate the force of water rendering the technique ineffective.
3. Water is strong against fire because it naturally extinguishes the flames (though a sufficiently powerful fire technique can cause evaporation). Additionally, it can be used with Wind Release to increase the concussive and overall destructive power of a water technique.
4. Tobirama Senju, Kisame Hoshigaki, Suigetsu Hozuki, Haku Yuki and Zabuza Momochi.
5. Two KG that use Suiton in them are Storm Release and Ice Release.

*Trying to concentrate even more than before*
First I grab the paper with my right hand and place it between my palms. Then I begin to gather water-infused chakra into the palms where I held the Chakra Paper and I begin to think of Water as a cool liquid which calms the mind, then I begin to channel that chakra into my hand and finally into the paper.With that thinking I concentrate even more chakra into my palms and direct it into the Chakra Paper. As the chakra flows towards the paper, it becomes wet. I feel how my chakra turns into water that will allow me to manipulate pre-existing water, or create my own, by turning my chakra into water.

Senpai I've got a question for you, since I'm new to RP and I don't quit know a lot about Earth, is there any chance that a water technique can win against earth technique? I mean, for example: if it's S-Rank Water against B-Rank Earth, the stronger technique would win right?

I feel my chakra flowing throughout my whole body. As I start controlling my chakra I send my chakra into the already exsisting water, then I begin forcing the water to rise. I start thinking of waves in my head and then I manipulate the waves in my head and turn them into reality with the water I'm on.I Make the waves rise high enough and then I send them back to normal.

If not then you must come with a fast strategy, for example you can use Body Replacement Technique in the right moment as your enemy appears from the mist, you must be fast, and then you can hide and wait till you get a chance to attack your opponent.

I then open my eyes and then I release it into the air around me, within a short to mid range, I start to rapidly add more and more Suiton chakra until a mist starts to form, the mist is getting thicker since I put more and more Suiton chakra, I control the mist's thickness by the amount of chakra I kneaded into it, into the area around us. The mist has covered the entire area around us.

As I said, the shield is quite effective against Katon ninjutsu, so I would use it against and opponent who uses Katon ninjutsu. I almoust forgot that after the initial creation, the user can manipulate the water, allowing for water spikes, water tentacles, and even water hands, wich could be very useful in fights.

I start to manipulate my water chakra, by putting enough chakra needed to make a shield into my hand, and then releasing it from my arm which is held outwards infront of me. I'm thinking of of a shield in my mind, and sphere-shaped barrier of water is formed around me, reaching just above my head. Some seconds later I finally create a shield of water that can aide in defence against projectile weapons and close combat techniques and after the initial creation, I can manipulate the water, allowing me to use water spikes, water tentacles, and even water hands.Yes, detail is everything. I start forming a big, with a dull gray back and a white underside, with spindle shaped body and shaped teeth with serrations on the edges, with large and strong caudal fin, shark. I now have formed a shark using my suiton chakra, and then I manipulate my normal chakra into the shark in doing that, the shark is able to cut though the water and air at a faster speed. And finally I send the shark at your clone, at a astonishing speed destroying your clone.
