We did not see sasuke 3 years of training , it is a possibility he has the knowledge and power to attain sage mode

Didn't he have to fight Kurama to gain access to his Chakra?

I don't think that's possible because sage mode requires yang release while Sasuke has yin. He'll have to get Senju DNA in order to obtain access to senjutsu.

Uchiha and senju have the same descendant , so he can access sage mode plus he is compatible with the curse mark which is a form of sage mode

He didn't have to train just to "enter" KCM though. Don't gimme none of this key word nonsense.

All he had to do was remove the chakra from Kurama (who was unwilling at the time) and then after he could enter KCM when ever he wanted.

So in the case if Minato, there is no Kurama to get permission from, the chakra is just inside him free for the taking.

Yes, all he had to do was to "fight" Kurama. After that he could enter KCM whenever.

Minato has no Kurama in him, so free KCM..... NO TRAINING needed.

But okay, I guess you could argue that the stuff he did in the waterfall of truth could be considered "training". Not in the physical sense though. There was no moulding of chakra involved or repetitive physical activities... It was more dealing with his dark side.

Train with Bee it's in the Manga,Fact when He first Hit Kisame He over did it and was stuck and hurt His ankle,why? Because He could not properly measure the right amount of strength, training took care of that.
