Pff...These in-game mods are stupid.

I am currently trying to get Skyrim Mods working but i dont know how to make them work....i made the HD one and the other for the extra spells but the one for the extra weapons(dont remember the name) isnt working...Anyone know some cool mods for Skyrim and how should i get them into work?
Edit:I am talking about these game's Mods if someone hasnt got it(as a lot of comments dont get it:/)

Actually i am using this site but some mods dont work well there and i am pissed....any other site?Should i download the mod manager to install them automaytically?
