What's good guys, anyways, Attack on Titan manga 46 was released yesterday. There wasn't any action, instead it answered many questions and brought many different possibilities to the series. This will be a long read, but bare with me
As we all know, Eren and Ymir have been captured and Eren wakes up with both his arms cut off (regenerating slowly), Eren looks worn out, so does Ymir who is recovering faster and was already awake before Eren, one arm is regenerated
The big thing that we found out now, is that there seem to be in fact 3 Factions!
There is Humanity, Titan-Shifters and the Titans.

And Titan-Shifters
The Shifters want to destroy Humanity & Titans, Humanity wants to destroy Titans and Shape-shifters and Titans want to destroy Humanity & Titan-Shifters. Mind f*ck isn't it?
Anyways, I will now go in-depth to my actual theory now, I have the link to Chapter 46, my theory isn't really spoiling for the actual chapters, but there may be some, so read the Manga chapter first.
The key part is the Ape Titan.
My theory is titans were a biological experiment created in times of war, they could easily destroy a horde of humans with ease, thus the creation of Titans began. However, there were Titan's that managed to escape because Humanity accidentally made them incredibly smart, But there were so few of them but they are ridiculously intelligent. Because of their few numbers, they decided to create a subspecies using their DNA – shifters.
However, they could have also created Titan's by using Humans, as Connie saw a dead Titan lying on his house and looked just like his Mother
These experiments were mostly failures and retard titans were the result, the few successful ones became shifters. After the titan turned all of humanity into titans there weren’t enough humans left to experiment on.
The titans decided to colonize survivors inside the walls to breed them.
Shifters were hidden within the population to spy on humanity and the titans left humanity alone for 100 years so they would breed and multiply.
The ‘Real’ titans are many times more dangerous than the retarded ones we have seen so far, and the Ape titan is one of them. After 100 years, the ape titan returned to find out how humanity progressed, the recent attacks on the walls were done to test humanity, and toy with them to see if they were finally a threat. To see how they have progressed
I think there is some serious crazy shit going on, that the original titans’ sole purpose is to torment humanity, that their are pure evil, malevolent beings and the shifters obey out of fear because they are ridiculously powerful. I think the titans inside the walls are the originals and the Ape was tasked to wake them after 100 years.
Even though the shape-shifters seem so amazingly powerful, they were scared upon the mention of the Ape-Titan, these are the real things, the actual threat and so Eren's dad will play a big role in this. How did he know so much about the Titans? What was his real job? Is he still alive? Could there be something unique, different about Eren's powers?
