Description: the user reveals the confrontation seal in front of their face before using their wind chakra to cause strong winds to closely encircle the target to immobilize the target. The user then advances with superhuman speed while focusing wind chakra thru his cypher before slashing the trapped target downward in a outward turning slash with the force causing the target to bounce off the ground before proceeding with a rising upward slash from below which sends the target airborne before the user appears before the target while in mid-air and performs a three hit combo that will then send the opponent crashing into the ground.

The blades will be pre-molded with wind chakra allowing the encircling kunai to release a torrent of cutting wind disks at the target at will. if the target is in the users immediate location the target will be cut by the encircling kunai while they continue to encircle the user. At will the user can send the kunai itself at the target which will cause an explosion due to the tags wrapped around the handle of the kunai making it hard to notice.

Description: Kakuzu will imbue one of the four basic elemental chakras into all of his dark threads related jutsu (for the next five turns) to cause them to take on a specific set of properties. If the user channels their raiton chakra into the threads, their penetrative abilities will heightened and the threads themselves will be electrified, giving them paralyzing capabilities. If the user channels their suiton chakra into the threads, they will become coated in a thick layer of adhesive water (similar to Water Release: Starch Syrup Capture Field), giving them adhesive properties and the ability to stick to people/objects. They will also become extremely resistant to burning and will short-circuit electricity, meaning electrical currents can't be channeled along them. If the user channels their doton chakra into the threads, they will take on a pitch-black metallic sheen and be hardened to the extent they can clash with swords and endure powerful impact forces. If the user channels their fuuton chakra into the threads, their cutting capabilities will be enhanced and electrical currents will be impossible to conduct along them. The jutsu itself doesn't add any damage or range to techniques used in conjunction with it. It simply serves the purpose of infusing the dark threads with elemental chakra to cause the technique to become an elemental jutsu of the same rank e.g. a B-Rank dark threads jutsu infused with doton chakra will become a B-Rank doton jutsu. Elemental infusions via this method will respect all elemental strengths and weaknesses of the infused element. Activating this ability is instant and does not consume any time whatsoever.

This doesn't hinder the user's mobility in the slightest as the extremely high flexibility of Kakuzu's threads cancels out with the hardening created by channeling doton chakra. Granted they become more stiff and taut, but this simply makes the threads more tensile rather than unmovable. If the user channels their fuuton chakra into the threads, their cutting capabilities will be enhanced and electrical currents will be impossible to conduct along them. The jutsu itself doesn't add any damage or range to techniques used in conjunction with it. -Declined- The technique has a lot of things wrong with it mainly because the threads exist in side Kakuzu's own body, how would you be making the threads have a sticky quality without it being stuck into your body from the inside, same for lightning, you will be electrified, also earth will severely increase your mass, you get the idea.

Description: The user will cast themselves in a genjutsu which predominately affects their sense of sight. The technique will distort the way in which their optical system perceives light, by making them much more sensitive to miniscule refractions and even the tiniest sources of light. As a result, whenever any type of colourless gas is used, light refracts ever so slightly due to the change in the atmosphere, unnoticeable to the naked eye, the user's newly gained optical sensitivity will enable him to notice such miniscule refractions of light and hence pinpoint the vicinity in which the colourless gas is residing. Furthermore, this optical sensitivity also extends to becoming capable of seeing the various types of radiation and not only visible light (much like ordinary shinobi). This technique makes the user's eyes capable of receiving any and every frequency of the EM Spectrum, thus allowing them to perceive their existence. This technique is often seen as the polar opposite to Bringer-of-Darkness Technique, as rather than robbing the user of their sight, it amplifies certain aspects of it to a whole new level. The basis of the technique stems from granting the user "bug-like vision", so to allow them to effectively combat ninja capable of utilizing attacks invisible to the naked eye. However, this technique does come with a serious drawback. Techniques which seek to blind the user e.g. Lightning Illusion Flash Pillar, or attacks which innately give off large amount of light (Fire/Lightning and other energy based elements) will take their toll on the user's eyes, making it more painful to see, if not temporarily blinding them. Alternatively, the user can cast this genjutsu on an opponent to exploit the technique's well known weakness and hence cause them much optical discomfort with the repetitive use of bright energy based elements.

Description: The user will perform two handseals and focus their chakra into the opponent's body to create a basic yet potent illusionary technique. The genjutsu consists of the opponent being made to smell any fragrance, fumes or odour of the user's choice in order to give rise to bodily reflexes e.g. the gag reflex, vomiting, coughing up blood. The technique's utility can range from producing the most stagnant and unbearable of odours composed of rotting flesh, fungal structures, animal manure and similar unfavourable smells. In reality, this will give rise to the gag reflex, causing the opponent to vomit uncontrollably and undergo excessive tearing of the eyes, as the body makes its natural response to a strong smell of decay and death filling the air around them. Similarly, they can cause the opponent to smell a powerful poisonous gas which cause excessive wheezing, hyperventilation and the occasional coughing up of blood. On the complete other side of the scale, the user can create the most pleasant of perfumes and fragrances fill the air, lulling the opponent in a state of complete calmness, serenity and bliss, distracting them from the battle at hand. This "forced" state of calmness will rob them of adrenaline, resulting in a slight decrease in speed and urgency in the way they react to techniques/attacks. A final usage of this technique allows the user to create miscellaneous smells which produce no bodily reactions, but might fool the user into suspecting an invisible gas-based technique targeting them. A good example of this is, causing the opponent to smell natural gas in the vicinity around them, possibly making them more inclined to avoid usage of fire or lightning-based techniques. This technique doesn't force them to avoid using these elements, but instils the mindset that it could be life-threatening to use them. The user can instead cast this Genjutsu on themselves to counteract any unfavourable smells, fragrances or odours on the battlefield.

I started coloring the parts that were wrong but the main idea here is: you cannot do this to all enemies and this collides with Perfume Release, a CE. Let me put it this way, for a butcher, who works with meat and blood all day long, the smell of blood is nothing. To a kindergarden teacher, it may make her faint. To someone who works in a perfume shop, the smell of multiple strong perfumes is nothing but for me, it gives me headaches. What I mean is that its not a reflexive situation. You don't smell something and then reflexively vomit. That depends on the individual. Its not innate. Also, the poison parts...this is an illusion. You can't go that far. And its not smelling the poison that makes you feel its effects. Its how the poison works in your metabolism that does. There are poisons and venoms that smell beautifully, yet if you inhale them, you suffer from their effects. Sorry but this is a DNR.

Description:
A simple katana, which looks like a regular katana but known for its extreme capability, this simple katana was forged from water being as it only uses water techniques. This katana is able to shoot out a wave of water which covers a wide area as the users points it towards his target, and also dissolve into a mist when held up straight with the blade of the katana pointing up to face the sky, the mist released is to blind the target, able to release an arc shaped blade of water which is able to cut through rock when swung in an arc, the sword is capable for these abilities but what it is really known for is the ability of storing up the users chakra for a while and when the user turns it upside down(the blade pointing towards the ground) and lets it go, allowing it to free fall, this katana would use it its water abilities and sink into the ground, the sword once in the ground will make use of the chakra it has stored for some time and then release water and with time, it causes the battlefield to be turned into an ocean(much like someone just used water exploding colliding waves from beneath the ground), the sword will then retract the water that it had released by causing medium sized tornadoes to occur at every part of the ocean that it had previously created(making it quite difficult for anyone who is standing on the water to avoid it) and then the medium sized tornadoes will all merge together to form a massive water tornado that’s 20meters in height and up to 10meters wide due to so much water being compressed into one, the pressure of the tornado is so strong that it can destroy weaker versions of the earth/lower rank earth jutsu. Then finally all the water through the bottom part of the tornado will go back into the sword clearing the battle field of the ocean in the process thus ending the jutsu and then the swords hilt will pop out of the ground.

NOTES
- can only be used by Neilson and any of his bios
-the battle field turns into an ocean after 3 turns (counting both users turn, like my turn=1 turn the water level would be at chest level, your turn=2nd turn water level would be so high that swimming is very much possible and my turn again=3rd turn and when the field would become and ocean)
-the katana special ability gets active once the users turn is over and the user’s opponent turn begins
- the user looses A ranked chakra costs for every time the katana releases water techs and also the user looses S ranked chakra cost for the time the katana uses the massive tornado (in other words the simple techniques the katana does like the wave of water, the arc shape blade of water and also the mist are A ranked techniques while the massive tornado is S ranked)
-the user can’t use B ranked and above ranked earth jutsu while wielding this sword
- This katana uses the massive tornado only once per battle as it requires too much chakra
-any techniques the sword uses counts as a jutsu used by the user
-the sword cannot attack once dissolved into a mist although the mist if really thick and spreads out to mid range, it must return to its form if the user wants to use it again
-the user will get caught in the massive tornado if he doesn’t get into the sky and away from it

Description: Gansaku Shokken is a very unique genjutsu technique that could be used only by high skilled shinobis and Genjutsu masters, not everyone could perform it correctly. Gansaku Shokken has two stages in order to perform it, firstly the user would channel his chakra into his victim's brain, casting an illusion on him causing his victim to see his right/left eye (up to the user himself) turning into a very unique and powerful Kekki Genkai that only several members of the Uchiha clan possess it, which is the almighty sharingan, however the victim doesn't see the user's eye turning to sharingan (as in activating it) he in fact, sees the user activating the Mangekyō Sharingan directly. The second stage is to follow the first stage directly, in the second stage the victim would sees the user using his Mangekyō Sharingan to summon a portal which would happen on him (just like kamui) however, this portal isn't to harm him or inflict any sort of damage to him, it is only to send him to the alternate dimension, in this alternate dimension, the victim would see himself in the middle of nothing, without anything surrounding him, and at a sudden time, he is attacked from everywhere with spikes made of steal, in the illusion and in the real world, this would paralyze the user for one turn alongside with inflicting damage to him with a great headache.

(Tegatana Sannin no Jutsu) Hand Sword Sage Art

Description: A tegatana sage will focus elemental chakra (according to his element) in his tegatana. He will then rise his elbow to the level of his head, and then use all the power in his body to swing his tegatana downwards. This will release a massive shock-wave, starting from mid range height in the sky, covering everything above the battlefield in a straight line in front of the user. The shock wave is created purely by the power of the swinging, and not from chakra. Then, the tegatana user will release all the elemental chakra in his tegatana, and infuse it in the shock-wave. The effect varies depending on which element's sage one is. The Sage of Wing will create a powerful tornado (exactly were the opponent is) after the shock-wave takes place, that draws everything except the user in it, and sends them flying above the clouds. The Sage of Lighting will infuse his lighting chakra in the shock-wave, and it will look like a giant thunder bolt hits the ground, and the lighting will then run across all the ground, making random bolts everywhere except were the user stands. The Sage of Earth will make a huge crater below the target, in which they will fall, right after being hit by the shock-wave.

-Must have activated the tegatana no katana beforehand, and infused it with the appropriate element

The power of the impact is enough to make a small crater, if it hits the ground directly. Can also be used wile the hand is wielding an other raiton jutsu. The raiton can numb an opponent it makes contact with a little, but it's primary use is to protect the hand of the user.

-The arm grows and becomes smaller very quickly. This requires that the Akimich who uses it has already learned the calorie control.

Description: Inspired by the collaboration of the Akimichi, Nara and Yamanaka clans, this genjutsu allows the user to imitate a combo attack from members of all 3 clans. The user will open his palm to the target, and put the opponent under a genjutsu. Initially, the opponent will see his back, as if he was was having an out of body experiance, with no control over his body parts. Then, he will see the shadow of a giant arm crawling towards his body. The arm will emerge and take physical form, in order to crush his body (wile he/she is watching, powerless).

-Must be a member of one of the 3 mentioned clans to use
-Must be at least Kage level
-Can't use genjutsu above C-rank for 4 turns after this

Description: The user channels his earth chakra while standing atop an earthen pillar created by an earth jutsu or any naturally occurring tall earthen structures will perform a forward thrusting action in a direction using his hand and launches 1 to 3 sections of earth slabs in quick succession out of the standing pillar. The earthen slabs are cut out from the earth pillar on which the user is standing.
The earthen slabs have same length and breadth as that of the pillar from which they are launched but the thickness of the earth slabs and the level from which they're are launched from while standing on the pillar depends on the user and lesser the thickness of the slab, faster is its movement while traveling in the air.
After launching the earth slabs out of the pillar, a deficiency is created in the pillar and upper part pillar(the part of pillar above from where the earthen slabs are launched) just rests on the lower part of pillar thus reducing the total height of the pillar which depends on the thickness of the earthen slabs fired out of the pillar.

Description: The user while standing on a surface (eg: Ground, trees) performs a snake hand seal and turns his lower body (hip and below) into wood and attaches himself firmly on to the surface on which he is standing.
Because of the natural flexibility of the wood, once attached to a surface, using his wood chakra the user can grow more wood out of his transformed lower body and quickly extend his transformed lower body to several meters and can propel himself in desired direction, twist, turn, wind around something while traveling in this form like that of a snake.
The speed of the user while traveling in this form is similar to that of any standard jutsu creating wood pillar from user's body.

  • Must have a wood bio to use this jutsu.

The summoned elephant will focus his chakra on the feet and the trunk and place them on the surface on which he is standing and carefully analyzes the incoming vibrations which allows the elephant to determine the direction and approximate distance of the source of the vibration.

Description: The user starts by performing a series of 2 hand seal and releases his raiton chakra from his body into the the environment, once done the user uses this chakra to charge all the falling rain drops, by doing this the user is able to provide all the rain drops with a specific electric charge, when these charged raindrops come in contact with the opponent he slowly starts to become paralyzed, In the first turn [the turn it is used]- The opponent will suffer from small shocks which result in less concentration power and reduction in speed and reflexes though very slightly, in the second turn the effects are increased and the opponent will suffer a great drawback in his speed and reflexes as his speed and reflexes are reduced to 50% of his original capacity, the third turn will result in complete paralyzation, the user is although same from these effects as the lightning is made up of his own chakra and just like raikage is not effected from is lightning armour the user is also safe from the effects of this technique.

Description: The user performs a sequence of four handseals to trap their opponent(s) in a genjutsu. The illusion consists of a mass of threads emerging from inside of the opponent's body, with the threads spreading their reach throughout their body much like a radical infestation. The threads erupt from opponent's mouth, eyes, ears and nose before enveloping them in a large tightly weaved cocoon of dark threads which completely prevents their mobility. The dark threads seem to be almost symbiotic in nature, clinging to the opponent and digging their tips deeper into their body the more they resist the technique. As the threads continue their infestation of the body, they puncture through the opponent's body numerous times, as well as tightening their grip by the second so to prevent the opponent's mobility. In reality, the opponent is robbed of their sense of smell, sight and sound, as well as undergoing full body paralysis due to the nature of the technique. As the technique progresses the opponent begins gasping for air, as the threads tighten their hold over the opponent's throat. Due to being such an advanced illusionary technique, this genjutsu affects all five of the opponent's senses and can be cast on multiple opponents. The appearance of the threads produced by this technique is entirely dependent on the user's preference. They can range from resembling Kidomaru's silk to metallic wires, from Kakuzu's dark threads to Jiraiya's hair.

Its an S-Rank Genjutsu that basically prevents 99% of the RP community from releasing from it while it brings no real restriction or drawback to yourself. Its too powerful. I also don't understand how this blocks the enemies sight. And in one point you affect 3 senses then you say it affects 5. This will produce pain, will make the enemy see the threads, hear the threads, perhaps taste them or smell them, but this doesn't actually make him be transported into a nightmarish world or an illusionary world preventing him from still sensing or perceiving the real world around him. Not at least how you describe it.

Description: The user will perform six hand seals and draw forth all of the water in the surrounding area, including the water in the earth, any bodies of water in the surrounding area, and moisture from the area to cover the entire battlefield in water. The water rises about one meter directly from the ground. The user can control any of the water from any point with a wave of their hand/arm. It can be controlled in any way, shape or form. For example; it can create a large wall to defend against an attack, form a bullet of water to attack the opponent, or create a wave under the user that can carry them large distances in a short amount of time, along with anything else you can think of. Every ounce of water is infused with the users chakra, so if the opponent tries to use the water as a source for a jutsu, the user can control the water to redirect it.
Note: This jutsu stays active for up to six turns
Note: Due to the large amount of chakra required to maintain this jutsu, the user will have lost a great deal of their chakra after the six turns it is active, so they cannot use any B-rank or higher jutsu for the remainder of the battle.

It also has water over the rim, similar to a lid. The water that is used to form the bowl is infused with the user's chakra, allowing them to sense chakra if it comes in contact with it, similar to the technique, "Rain Tiger at Will Technique." The bowl can be created at any size the user deems necessary, but the diameter of each wall of it is one meter. The hand seal must be held throughout the entire duration of the jutsu or else the water will disperse. When the user senses that chakra has come in contact with the water, they will form another single hand seal that will cause the water that is near the point of contact to surround the opponent, trapping them underground.

It has the same affect as a shotgun spreading the water everywhere.Once released from the users mouth the user cant control it, If the enemy gets hits by the needles they act as bullets and go straight through the body coming out the other side , Piercing vital organs on the way in.

Fire Release: Burning Buttons (Katon: Botanbāningu)

Description: The user gathers his fire chakra in one of the buttons on his clothing(on his suit, jacket, pants, shirt, vest, shoes etc. whichever one the user has) And creates a small bust of fire behind them(enough to burn the threads attaching the buttons but not enough to make the clothing catch fire) allowing him/her to fire the buttons in any direction he/she wishes. These buttons then catch fire and cause small burns on it's target.(1st degree) These buttons travel with high speed.(as fast as the user's speed level) However they deal very little damage. Best use of these buttons would be to target the opponent's eyes or mouth. Also these buttons can be used to ignite flammable stuff such as a cigarette or oil.

Description: Much like the regular Hidden Mist Jutsu, the user humidifies the air and creates a very thick mist using water. This jutsu, however, adds on to the existing mist to make it even more dense. This new form of mist is much thicker and makes the air feel heavy. It also gets both the user's and the opponent's clothing wet due to the extremely high humidity. This humidity makes it dangerous for both the user and the opponent to use lightning jutsu, since in most cases, the lightning jutsu will just electrify the user. The Imperial Mist also makes it harder to see. Anything outside of close range will not be seen clearly and in short range, only a silhouette will be visible. Furthermore, the dense air will slow down movement of anyone by 2 ranks. Finally, the water in the air will weaken all Fire jutsu by 1 rank(20 Damage points).

Best use of these buttons would be to target the opponent's eyes or mouth. Also these buttons can be used to ignite flammable stuff such as a cigarette or oil.

For example, if an opponent sends an A rank wind jutsu towards the user. The user can charge fire chakra into their leg and roundhouse kick into the air in front of them. Using precise timing, the chakra is released as the leg swings from right to left or left to right releasing a wave of Fire chakra to collide with the wind jutsu defending the user from it. This jutsu designates a special color to the element of chakra.
Fire Chakra would appear red.
Earth would appear brown

Description: Fumetsu is a jet black katana made from chakra infused carbon steel that makes it indestructible. Fumetsu is a literal translation of the word "Indestructible". Fumetsu is a normal katana that is all black. Even the blade itself if black. There is gold writing that is engraved on either side of the blade that reads "Eternal Black Death" on it. The katana itself comes with a unique scabbard that is also indestructible and very durable. With a good swing of the scabbard, it can be used as a blunt force weapon to take out enemies and destroy rocks with great ease. Higher on the scabbard is a cut out in the same area and same length as the engraved words on the sword. When sheathed, the words can be viewed through the scabbard. The hilt of the katana is a classical weaving of a katana which white horizontal diamond shapes on the hilt. Underneath the thread and cloth, is a metal covered in black rubber that further gives the hilt great grip strength so the user doesn't leave the user's hand easily. On the very top of the scabbard, there is rope that is tied around it just for an aesthetic look. The hilt of the katana has a very unique square guard with round edges. The guard as opening through them about the width of a normal katana maybe even larger. This is function to not only block attacks but to also disarm the enemy if their katana runs through the openings in the guard. The look of the entire katana itself (scabbard included) makes it one of a kind. The blade of the katana can cut through nearly anything the nearly section of that part is hinted at that it cannot cut through other custom weapons. Another unique thing about the blade is that it is chakra-phobic meaning that repels all enemy chakra that comes in contact with the sword.

The strong pull of wind lasts for a whole turn once it begins and although it does not inflict any damage itself it makes the opponent extremely vulnerable if used correctly. When large objects are sucked into the wind ball they begin to orbit around it at speeds relative to that of a thrown kunai.

-Declined- A bit of inaccurate stuff here, like for example how would a vortex not touch an opponent yet deliver damage to him? Wind Release doesn't work like sound release, it's both a physical matter and a spiritual one, also that part about using a dojutsu, that would only work if you have a Byakugan, Sharingan and Rinnegan would be blocked from seeing as well.
