i start of with
(hyouton~ Gogyou Junkan) ice style- water Cycle
Rank: S
Type: supplementary
Range: long,short,short-mid
Chakra cost: 50
Damage: 0
Description: gives the user the abilities to control the condensation,evaporation rate, and precipitation
Note: after using this jutsu the user cant using an water jutsus for 3 turns

causing an abnormal down pour and than i use

(Doton: Juusan-Remu Bou) earth style~ Thirteen-Totem Pole

Chakra cost: 25
Damage: 40
Description: the user forms a staff made up of thirteen faces that are compose of the earth. This staff could expand to attack, break apart to form a barrier or cage, and can be manipulated to cast element jutsus depending on what the user knows.
Note: only jutsus ranked C and lower can be cast with the thirteen-totem pole
Note: after 3 turns it turns to little crumbles that can be used for something else

i hold the staff and than i use

(Mizu Kamikiri) - Rising Water Cutter

(Junsei Suiton:Heru Junsei Bakudan)-Pure Water Style: Infernal Junsei Bomb

? Description: By making one hand sign, the user will make an orb of water appear flying over his hand (like a rasengan), the center of this orb is empty. Then he will focus all his lightning chakra into this orb. The intensity of this condense lightning ball should usually kill the user, but because of the unique ability of Pure Water, the lightning will stay condense in the orb. The user will then throw this orb at the enemy or make it travel through water (extremly fast in water). This orb will track the opponent down being manipulated by the user. When reaching a 5 m radius of the enemy the orb will fall and release the lightning in a gigantic lightning explosion capable of whipping wind defense and creating a huge crater.
*This jutsu can only be used once per match*
*After this move, the user won't be able to use any lightning for the rest of the match*
*After this move, the user won't be able to use S-rank and higher Juisei for the next turn*
*The user must protect himself from this attack or will die also*
*This jutsu can only be used by Izuna Uchiha, Scary Yamato and Goro Kaguya*

the water around give the sphere a boost toward u.

if u continue with ur other jutsu u die. While ur dealing with that, I use

(Shin'en Suiton: Mure Shin'en Pirania) Liquid Hydrogen Release: Swarming Abysmal Piranha

btw I was infusing all my water jutsu with this:

(Suiton: shiomizu)Water style: Salt water

? Discription: Using the salt from your water source. you can make all the salt rise to the surface which will amplify the salt already in the air making ice jutsu impossible.
*This jutsu can only be used by Izuna Uchiha, Ragnaroc, Hellsbadass , UzumakiJake and Skye Kaguya*

so they can't freeze.

And since my jutsu are highly infuse with my chakra, u can't use any jutsu implying my water.

Description: By concentrating your chakra into the air around you, the user can create a barrier of connecting transparent hexagonal pieces that forms around the body and than pushes outward to keep the body unharmed. it can also be used in the body. The barrier is completely impenetrable, However, unless the user also creates a floor of the hexagons or the air above, the user is still able to be attacked from the ground or air. It takes an incomparable amount of concentration to keep this technique constant and thus can be used only for absolute defense.
Note: user can't perform any jutsus over B level do to concentrating on the barrier
Note: users can't move while preforming this jutsu nor do any other jutsu
Note: can be use twice due to the barrier weakening

protects me from everything (i added all the plates) O_O as the water keeps splashing up against the barrier (hiding my presence) i release the barrier with this already activated

(Yang~Yin Chakra Sanban Manako) yang-yin chakra- third eye/ The Jagan Eye
Rank: forbidden
Range: long,short,short-mid
Type: attack/supplementary/defense
Chakra: 70
Damage: 90 (+15 self damage)
Description: the user focus the yang and yin chakra into one point in the body forming the third eye. allowing the user to cast a variety of yin/yang chakra base jutsu with out the effects of using them affecting the whole body at a fast rate.
Note: after using this jutsu within 3 more turns after usage the user's chakra network fails leaving them useless
Note: this jutsu is only active for 5 turns

and shoots two of these but with one completely yin and the other completely yang

(Chakra Yang/yin~RasenHou) chakra- Yang Spiral Chakra Gun
Rank: Forbidden
Type: attack
Range: long,short-mid
Chakra cost: 50
Damage Points: 90
Chakra: this is a more destructive and powerful version of the chakra gun, once it hits something it explodes and then engulfs the target in a spiraling blast
Note: must know chakra bullet and then know yang and yin energy and at more then 3 uses of this move in a battle your chakra network begins to malfunction

I'm not dum I'm going to wait for u to get the barrier off before doing the second jutsu.

Edit that, I'll be back later.

Plus u can't have ur japan eyes already active, it says in ur barier description that u can only use B-rank and lower when inside O_O

O_O yes you would attack because you can't see me due to your water splashing everywhere you would figure you has gotten me and commence with your second attack

you can't just say now i hold off my attack but fine now that i got the speedy water technique out the way so my last turn with those chakra guns i shot just direct both of them at your 2nd attack and we are good to go
