This jutsu not only restrains a target to keep them from moving for transport or to set them up for attack, but can also induce hypothermia if left in such a state for so long. Requires snow/ice to be in the area.

to dodge everything and use the snow in the area to perform
it grows very huge as i shot it off towards you and than i add the wind chakra but add too much so it will explode into thousands of ice arrows
Soru: Speed Channel: A technique in which the user moves at very high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds. this skill use the same principle of the inner gates to move so fast

The waters above cuz my jutsu makes the water jump up into the air so if u freeze it in mid air it would crush u when it falls on uO_O why it got to be bs man -_-

wtf that said forces the water to cling to the body O_O nothing about jumping up above me plus the water is no where near me O_O our ice shurken and arrow collide and blow up but not in front of me so i would definitely see the water shooting towards me O_O which i froze so now it is useless
