When you make the chakra rain i have 1 clones use.
And aim it into the clouds to blow them away.
So your other jutsu's fail then with my other clones i have use.
As I enter Sage mode, i have been still all your turn and now over half of mine. now i can sense chakra im ubber strong and fast.

When your clone use wind to aim it into the clouds to blow them away i use

there is nothin wrong wit your lightnin jutsu.
