Both require chakra to be gathered and controled. Bee can "Fire" Continous Bijudama just as fast as Amaterasu though Amaterasu travels much quicker.

killer bee has to transform into the hachibi before he can use tailed beast bomb. Sasuke only has to look at him to use ama.

The Uchiha brothers win this. Killer Bee or Ay will be stunned in one of Itachi's infamous Genjutsu from the start while the unlucky brother has to take on the two for a bit.

If it's Ay, the genjutsu could be long lasting. If it's Killer Bee, it won't take TOO long.

And, Killer Bee won't be using Bijuu Bombs, he won't want to hit and injue his brother. And Itachi and Sasuke are both mid to close range fighters. Meaning, if a Bijuu Bomb was used, there's a great likely hood that they will be in the general area and NOT far away enough to be hit without Ay taking some of it too.

Not to mention Itachi would break out his Susano'o when Killer Bee begins to transform, and one of the very famous speed and powerful slashes from the Totsuka blade will prove to be a challenge. It at the least can cut through a single tail.

And Sasuke's mastery of enton will make good use of any spare Amaterasu Sasuke or Itachi used on the battlefield, using it as a way to prevent Ay from getting TOO close with either brother wanting him to.

Amaterasu has shown the ability to burn objects at a quick pace. Karin had no burns by the time Amaterasu was put out, most likely do to her Uzumaki lineage and advanced healing. While Amaterasu IS over rated, so are characters who can "blitz" others. Even more so, actually. Because Amaterasu has logical reasoning behind it, where "blitzing" doesn't.

The idea is to distract them while Bee uses Bijuudama, not to kill them. If Sasuke is focusing on Ay he can't use Amaterasu.
