Speed isn't the most important factor in the fight Bro.If i remember correctly Tsunade owned Manda,Orochi and a few Rinnegan/Sharingan mokuton-bunshin from Madara,who are as fast as neji.Furthermore she hit the real Madara as well.

Speed is a very important factor when you have two taijutsu users fighting. Orochimaru couldn't even use his hands, or jutsu.... The bunshin aren't Madara but just clones... Tsunade vs Madara 1 on 1... She wouldn't have lasted five seconds.

1. His hands have nothing to do with speed. Orochimaru still stomped Jiraiya, but Tsunade defeated him easily.

Jiraiya was drugged by Tsunade before the battle so she could kill Orochimaru... he was no where near his full potential. Orochimaru was hitting her with other abilities when he was severely handicapped, so I don't know what you are talking about.

A bunshins is a clone made up of the users chakra, and like when Zabuza's clones got raiped by kid Sasuke, Madara's got raped by the Kage.

Current Gaara would solo high difficulty, with Tsunade's help, this becomes a stomp.

Most of Team 2 has nothing that can get past Gaara's sand except raikiri. Even still, Kakashi has to go up close to Gaara to use it but Gaara won't let him. He'll bombard Kakashi and the rest of Kakashi's team with large long range area of effect attacks. In the mean time, Tsunade can pick off Hidan and Asuma. The mist is rendered useless in Gaara's case because he can utilize sand sensing while Tsunade has shown the ability to listen to heart beats. As a matter of fact, Hidan and Asuma become useless in the face of hidden mist so it will end up hurting their team.

Tsunade and Gaara can also take it to the skies or hop on to Katsuyu so they have a major safety net.
