Well, since Zabuza is in team 2 i suppose the strategy would be putting up the mist and then attack while hiden, but that wouldn't work because of two reasons: Gaara's defence and the fact that no one other than Neji and Zabuza would be able to locate team 1. Having said this the other three would have to remain close and shouldn't move.
I don't feel like making a big testament so i'll just say Tsunade summons Katsuyu, Gaara attacks from above and team 2 gets fodderized

Your second image won't happen unless in a desert .. because being outnumbered so, He wont have the time to make new sand.

And I dont like using hitting the ground as a way of killing of winning a fight, I mean whats it going to do break the ground a little ..They simply have to jump ..But tsunade would be hit out of the sky before she could land a hit of that caliber anyways

gaara and his abilities to fight offensively and defensively along with his sensing will help alot in this battle against those lot, Tsunade and her healing, strength and summoning skills seals the deal, neji can stop chakra flow yes, but hes a close range fighter, if intel is everything they know of each other, i dont think tsunade would walk up to him willingly, and yes he can use vacuum wall palm for lond distance, but again, intel trumps all, tsunade the smart woman would know this and avoid this, her evasion skills are second to none (jmans words), also, im not to sure how well he is against Katsuyu's mass divide, shes pretty resilient and durable judging by her previous battles. im not even going to throw those others in the fray because zabuza would stab tsunade, but she would instantly hell and super man handle him lol
