The tornado does have oil in it, but we're not close enough. Three at the main you (since I guess your Sakon) and two at Ukon. As they are attacking, I finish with:

Er, you can only throw it while in Sage Mode, otherwise you wouldn't have enough chakra to keep it going through the air, especially since you already used it to block something and then used it in the midst of other jutsu.
