Review
Personally even though I didn't like the fact that so many panels were spent on side characters, I have to say that it couldn't be helped. In one of his interviews, Kishimoto had stated that everyone would shine. It was about time. He couldn't make Sasuke and Naruto gods and everyone else useless. I mean for so many chapters they were only a hindrance to naruto's chakra, we had to see their true potential as well. So from that point of view, I guess it was nice to see that the rest of rookies actually are worth. Some of you might say why they didn't use those techinques during the beginning of the war? If they had done it, then what would they do now? Stay still till Team 7 finishes off the bad guys? And besides it would have been lame if they hadn't arrived in the first place because it would be stupid if all of them had sat on a hill eating popcorn and watching the main event. It might have not been so interesting but it was inevitable.
As for the jutsu, they were cool, I liked them. Shino's especially, the cool guy, barely touches the clone, and it becomes fodder, litteraly.
The beginning was great as well because we actually saw that Sasuke and Naruto were examining each other's new abilities. I waited for that for ages.
Sai's attempt was hillarious, I mean ok, he didn't want to be left out and since he was the only who could attack by air, it did make sense that he tried to go straight for Juubi's main body.
Kages didn't do anything but I guess you can't have them all. After all, they won't keep that barrier for ever, they're bound to move to the offensive.
My favourite part was the summonings. Some of you might ask when Gamakichi got so big or why did Sasuke didn't summon his hawk but the point is that it was a represantion of the sannin of the new era, and that was showed by Naruto specifically summoning Gamakichi who is the toad of the new generation as well. I was just hoping that he would summon the sage toads as well but he might still do it, who knows.
So all in all, it was a good chapter but not an excellent one. It didn't have the action I expected but it was nice to see that the side characters could hold their own and weren't there just to get in the way.
I'll give it a 3.5 maybe 4 out of 5.
Expectations from the next chapters

Expectations from the next chapters
- Well I definetely want to see what Orochimaru is planning. I just can't believe that he turned good that easily and with senju dna now and a bunch of sharingans in Obito's hideout, everything is possible.
- I want Tsunade's death. Seriously, I like her but it's a war and it would be a heroic end for her with passing the title of the hokage to the next one.
- I want Naruto to get the other half of Kurama's chakra and so getting his final (most probably power up).
- I want to see a combination of Sasuke's Susanoo with Naruto's cloak similarly to Madara's case. That would be totally awesome!
- Guy opens the 8 gates. Another awesome and heroic sacrifice giving more depth to the war as whole.
- Juubi overpowering alliance leaving only Naruto, Sasuke and the Hokages to make game. ALONE!
- But most of all, I don't want to see Obito turning good! We really need some bad guys here and I think it would be epic
- if he kills Kakashi giving that way an ever more tragic tone to the plot.
