One guy also posted the data book page which says all depends on user's skill .

I agree that it also has to do with skill which is why he couldnt summon gamabunta at first.

But naruto's skill in terms of chakra control has greatly increase.

And to counter your one hand rasengan arguement; Naruto has shown multiple time since he began fighting madara that he is capable of creating a rasengan in one hand.

These are two instances (there are more), where naruto single handed a rasengan or rasengan variant.

And to add to the increase in his skill in chakra control, he demonstarted the greatest feat, when he was able to match others chakra traits and infuse his chakra into them to give them kyuubi cloaks. A feat that allowed hi to surpass both his mother and father.

How long are u gonna deny it? Its a fact. SM master and a coach stated himself that only this 2 could become sages and minato wasnt included due to lower stamina. Im not saying minato's stamina sux, its just not enough for SM.
So get over urself.

Oh yes, i am sorry. I should have said, Base naruto cannot do one hand rasengan.
KM naruto needs to use chakra hands and BM naruto can do it or maybe he use those 9 tails as external.

Maybe he can do it now after when he learnt to give away kyuubi chakra to alliance.
Maybe now he can also do it in base form , but no big deal because even konohamaru can do it with one hand.

So yeah, maybe he can summon ma and pa after that power up because that is when, he actually showed some good chakra control.

I say kakashi and sasuke can solo the juubi, kakashi said he will kamui the juubi head and sasuke can use amaterasu on juubi's eye and then whole head, it might sound ridiculous but it cannot be proven wrong .. lol.

What i do know is that jiraya wasted alot of time to summon them, while risking his life at that. It implies that he actually needed SM power for that. Otherwise summon them, fight and let them provide u sage chakra, right?
