Just find where it says on the bottom of someone's post that says " reply " " Reply With Quote " and look straight left from that until you find a triangle with an exclamation mark and a six pointed star. Click on that six pointed star and then click on " I approve " and click " Add to Reputation " to give him positive rep. This is a really good theory, and he deserves all the rep he can get ( even though you aren't ranked high enough to give rep, you will only be able to give neutral rep ).

Anyway, now that we have talked about the Rikudo Sennin, I want to add on to my last post about Sasuke's power up.Aww you're going to make me blush
Anyway Sasuke is going to use his Susanoo to create the Cumulonimbus clouds necessary for the technique. I believe that the use of Amaterasu or Enton would not only expedite the process, but also make the clouds more concentrated. Which I believe could lead to a good variation of what Sasuke can do with his Kirin.
Of course I've only come up with one variation and that is creating a stronger Kirin, and here is how I think he would go about preparing the technique.:

This opens up two methods in which Sasuke can go about preparing the technique ( without setting the whole battlefield on fire of course ). He could either have his Susanoo throw the entire orb into the sky the way Pain created his Chibaku Tensei:

Well now you may ask " How does it stay up there ". If his Enton abilities aren't able to keep the Enton Orb in the sky then that is where the Elder Son's Doujutsu comes in. I believe that one of the abilities that you get with this doujutsu is the ability to control objects without touching them ( Force Powers, even though it takes a hefty amount of Chakra to move big or strong objects ). Sasuke would be able to keep the Orb in the sky either autonomously or with the help of his Susanoo to help the clouds form. This would allow him to fight his enemies while the clouds are being created, and this could also mean that he could keep using the technique multiple times or create the strongest Kirin possible with that lightning and use it all at once and wait for the Orb to create another Cumulonimbus cloud. I may also add that Enton can allow Sasuke to make the Orb bigger than what it was to help the cloud from faster.
The 2nd method is firing multiple Enton: Yasaka Magatamas into the sky until he gets the cloud.
But of course, the first one is more dramatic.
Now, this Kirin is projected to be way bigger than the one Sasuke made in the Sasuke vs Itachi fight, but there is a problem, the Kirin would need a bigger Chidori Leash to guide it effectively. He's basically going to need a bigger leash if he wants a bigger dog so to speak.

You see that leash? If he needs it to guide this technique, he's most likely going to need a bigger leash to help guide it better. His Susanoo's hands are way bigger than his, so with his Susanoo's assistance is what I think to be the only way I see him feasibly controlling a Kirin 3 or 4 times as big as this one.
This is where Sasuke's Susanoo comes in, instead of Sasuke guiding the technique it will be Sasuke's Susanoo that does it. Allowing the Kirin to be guided effectively to the target. Delivering fast, well placed, and destructive results. =D

You have a really creative mind if I may say so myself. You're making me want to both see Rikudou and Sasuke's next power-up even more now.
I'm particularly intrigued to see what Sasuke's Perfect Susanoo will look like. I hope it looks like something I depicted. Flying Susanoo FTW xD

Well I wouldn't want to annoy you but I just came up with two more power ups using Sasuke's Perfect and stabilized Susanoo, I believe this will not only make his Perfect Susanoo unique, but make Madara want to shit bricks and comfortably put him up there with a bijuu, but again I don't want to annoy you too much with these power ups. XD

I know it wasnt canon when people said Madara was "controlling time". He has EMS, so that ability mightve been the use of Izanagi. I understand this isnt solid though because it isnt canon, just food for thought

Yea, that's something I was thinking of when I thought of the power-ups. The OVA of that reminded me of how "Izanagi gives control" and it would give Sasuke control of a situation since the boundaries between reality and dreams is gone when Izanagi comes into play.
Ok, I will at once!:
I believe that this power up is going to put Sasuke's Susanoo at Bijuu levels and surpass even Madara's Susanoo.
After Sasuke creates his Cumulonimbus cloud and stabilizes his Susanoo he would of course have everything Madara's Susanoo has:

You see that sword? I believe if Sasuke has that sword he would be able to combine it with Kirin, but in a special way. He will raise his sword to the sky and have the lightning strike his sword, making it a Lightning Enhanced Susanoo Sword.

It would be a way bigger version of this
With this he could do three things with it.:
He could point the sword at his enemies and channel a large, concentrated beam of lightning at his targets, incinerating anyone in the beams path

It would be like a continous stream of this, wherever his Susanoo sword points will be where the beam goes, causing great destruction and carnage to ensue
He could channel that lightning to his Susanoo's free hand, allowing multiple beams to be fired at multiple areas ( although the lightning beams would be a little smaller and not as concentrated, they would be able to target multiple people or places at once, and still cause a good amount of destruction )

It would be like multitudes of Chidori Leashes being unleashed at his targets from his Susanoo's hand, and the leashes will be way bigger than shown in this page
Or he could insert the blade to the ground, causing the ground beneath his targets to destroy itself and unleash a large stream of electricity over a very wide area, killing a large amount of people.

It's like a bigger version of this, and instead of being channeled on the body of the caster, it will be channeled to the ground

and it would destroy the ground in perhaps a similar manner in the way Sakura's punch has done ( just in a way larger scale ) or perhaps....

like what Sakura's other punch did, even though this is an unlikely possibility, but cool to think about nonetheless
Anyway, those are all of the powerups I can really think of right now for Sasuke if Sasuke and Naruto were to fight again. I believe with these power ups he won't just be on the run or rely on his Perfect Izanagi all the time. Now with this, I believe Sasuke can put up a pretty formidable offensive.
I also see why Masashi Kishimoto likes Sasuke's character so much, there's so many things that you can do with his character it's not even funny!
Anyway I guess that's it for me. Very good and well put theory, you've put some real good thought into this, and I can't wait to read your next one. So I guess now I'll just sit back and enjoy the show!

Seriously I think that puts him above Madara. This is making me rethink the need for more overlapping powers for Sasuke.
Perfect Susanoo is literally too overpowered. On top of being the best defence in the manga, it has arguably the best (top 3 for sure) offence as well. With all of Sasuke's different techniques that could be applied to his Susanoo, the possibilities are endless!

Haha, well that's what it entails I guess. Naruto is the main character but the main characters rival has to "rival" the main character in power, and judging by what Naruto is set up to gain (If my theory comes to fruition) then Sasuke has to be powerful.

I KNOW! It's actually very specific for each Susanoo. Madara's has the long nose illustrated like that because of his Tengu's depiction. Itachi's is also very different, if you noticed during the Kabuto vs Itachi fight, when they both entered the skeletal stage, Itachi's seemed to have something that resembled hair and if you delve deeper in Japanese lore (Specifically the Tengu's) you'll notice that Itachi's Tengu depiction has this very distinction.The Tengus (from which Susanoo's design was based) are winged creatures afterall
