I don't see a chakra scalpel. Kabuto is the only one I know who has used a chakra scalpel in the series, and he used under battle conditions.

Why the confusion? Scalpel means cutting.... Either you use it for battle or surgery, doesn't make a difference. It's all about cutting. Now that Kabuto utilize it in battles doesn't make Sakura less proficient with it, neither makes Kabuto less proficient at surgeries, so to speak.
They just have different fighting styles.

In DSM mode Kabut's scalpels were sharper. The base Kabuto's chakra scalpels aren't stronger than Sakura's.

Thers nothing called chakra saclpel for fighting and scalpel for healing its the same justu they can use it the way they want but for sakura she doesnt need her super strength is better . And its not her style
