I don't think you can come to that conclusion because we've never seen her even use it in battle. Also, it's more about precision than strength when it comes to cutting muscles and tendons. Although i do believe she could have that precision seeing as she trained under Tsunade.

Not to mention the fact that the third databook explicitly states that the Delicate Illness Extraction Technique requires the use of Chakra scalpels.

It's required to had a chakra scapel in order to preform the Delicate Illness Extraction jutsu, and sakura Said she neededto pour her chakra into his body, and purge the toxic from the cells.....anyway, after she pull the liquid out he can clearly see a cut in which she used to pour and remove the liquid in & out of.

Right, the only other explanation would be if she used her chakra to control the cells in Kabutos body and caused it to make an opening, that or a chakra scapel. And lets be real Tsunade wouldn't have gave sakura the time of day if she couldn't master chakra scapel, even naruto used a version of it by channeling chakra inot a kunai to cut a puppet string.

Im sure if Sakura didn't master Tsunade strength she would use the same technique and Sakura chakra control is > or = Kabuto's , she she will most likely be able to use it at his level, but she may not be as cunning with it as he is.

That in and of itself shows that Kabuto knows enough about it to use it in battle. Kabuto can use it in battle and obviously for its original purpose. That's my entire argument.
I'm obviously backing Kabuto for this, you're probably backing Sakura because of Tsunade. My point here is, there's no way to prove either side.

In DSM mode Kabut's scalpels were sharper. The base Kabuto's chakra scalpels aren't stronger than Sakura's.
