What I'm saying is Minato probably saw the Juubi form the TBB drop his ftg kunai, ran to the Sea to drop his ftg marking or w.e. Teleported back and then stopped the TBB.

He also has KCM due to edo so you can fit that into your infinite possibilities.

What's the point? Naruto needed to put a great(greater distance than the one between Minato and Raikage) distance between him and Raikage while being in motion(so in a accelerating position), to effectively dodge the punch. Before that he couldn't even dodge one punch lol. Minato in the contrary, in a much closer distance, while being immobile from the start, not only dodged Raikage, but outspeded the guy. Minato is the one who will blitz Naruto since his reaction feats are far greater U_U

no cuz the entire scenario of tbb forming and throwing can't be given more than 5 minutes
when juubi saw naruto he went nuts and started forming TBB, this scenario can't go longer than that,
if you can imagine the real scene it's actually faster than that, but in the anime & manga we see things in slow motion.
so that every one can understand what's going on. 5 minuts is actually too much time i was imagining things in seconds
but because of hatters i had too extend the time

Minato had kunais in many places all over world. He already visited kumo, it a smart move to leave one nearby in case u need to go there again.

Clearly at bottom of the ocean would be even more suitable place, but ur implying that minato knew b4 he would have to teleport massive TBB. Which is fantard's fail on ur part.

A desert where madara fought the kages would be good place for attack of such scale.
U also implied that he initially teleported there. How come he didnt even bring them here? Did hashirama fail to sense tsunade? Or did kages fail to sense them at all?
