Brace yourselves because by the time you finish reading this thread, you will think Orochimaru is to the 4 Hokage what the Juubi is to the lil' crappy shinobi on the battlefield.
You read right, Orochimaru is the first villain in the series and still the most badass character. I'm not even an Orochimaru fanboy, this is pure logic.
He's even about to fodderise all the members in NarutoBase who believe he is still evil by proving them wrong. The incoming "told you so" thread is inevitable.
So let's take a look at the match-ups:
vs Hashirama:
All of Hashi's attacks are physical, unless you consider that getting hit by trees is not physical. Oro is immune to physical damage, he will easily regenerate even if cut in half. Moreover, as a snake he's incredibly agile through the forest as proven during the Chuunin exams and can easily turn Hashirama's attacks against him. A surprise attack & chop Hashi's head off would finish him.
vs Tobirama:
I don't know why this character is so hyped, he's probably the weakest of the 6 kage (yeah, even Danzo...), his teleportation jutsu is not as good as Minato and besides spitting water I don't see what he could possibly do against Oro.

vs Minato
Lol... Even Itachi is stronger than Minato, it's true he's fast but all his attacks are close range, and since Orochimaru can very quickly recover after getting hit, it would leave Minato wide open to death. At best, Minato can use the Death Reaper Seal, killing both of them. But as we know, Orochimaru is immune to death. Someone else would eventually pop him out of some random curse mark, therefore GG Minato.
vs Hiruzen.
Part 1 of the series proves my point enough, I don't even need to justify myself here especially when I'm getting tired of typing.
GG 4 Hokage.
