I think Kabuto wins, he's so underrated
Itachi in edo form was spamming his susanoo, had that undying body and the near infinite chakra/stamina boost that his living counter part wouldn't have
Kabuto's Sage mode sensing could avoid all his Susanoo attacks, he can use Suigetsu's dna to avoid amaterasu, turn into 100 snakes and go underground or he can use oral rebirth
Kabuto would have hirugeki'd his susanoo away at the matches begining and then ran over and sliced him in half for real.
Alternatively, Tayuya's genjutsu GG.
aren't you forgetting that Kabuto is trying to capture Sasuke alive and turn Itahci back into his puppet as opposed to sealing him.....?
Kabuto was at the situational disadvantage...not to mention outnumbered (and Itachi is an Edo)
He was trying to capture sasuke alive and turn itachi back to his puppet
