Next My Still standing 3 headed earth dragon boils the water with its fire and now there you have it Boiled Snake Man..^_^
Maybe he's able to use what he said, since he is studying at the Med school and Nexus said there were other rules for Med Nins that we don't know about, but you Can't use Costums of any kind and can't use B ranks.
