Before you guys bash me, lets back track. Think back to the Sasuke vs Diedara fight. After watching that fight, you would realize that at that point, Sasuke was kage level. Now before you all say im crazy, lets review the facts. Diedara was easily kage level because he actually defeated a kage.(Gaara). Sasuke pushed him to the point where he had to commit suicide in order to win but Sasuke still won because he was the last man standing. He defeated a kage level ninja without MS. Naruto defeated the 6pop with SM. The 6pop was far above kage level but Naruto himself stated that his SM isn't as strong as Sasuke's MS.
I know what some might say. Sasuke got owned by the 3rd Raikage. That match was a draw at best. We all know that Sasuke was down but if the Raikage would have carried through or been let to carry through, he defenitely wouldn't have survived. Amaterasu would have burned more than his leg. Sasuke's only problem in that fight was, he couldn't maintain his susano. Now that he can, I'm confident that he can beat the 3rd Raikage.
Knowing that Sasuke is more than kage level with his MS, let's focus on more of the present time. There has been only two EMS user ever. madara was a very exceptional ninja. He was the leader and most powerful member of his clan. With his EMS, he was able to fight on par with Hashirama Senju. I would say that Hashi is the most powerful ninja seen in action ever. That means that, out of all of the ninja we have seen fight, he was the most powerful.
Itachi was the most prodigis ninja the Uchiha clan has ever produced. If it is known that Sasuke had more potential than Itachi, then it is also known that he has more potential than Madara. From the abilities that I have seen from both Sasuke and Madara. I would say that a normal 3 tomoe sharingan Sasuke can defeat a normal 3 tomoe sharigan Madara. I believe Sasuke's MS is superior and I believe his EMS will be shown to be superior. I claim that EMS Sasuke would have a better chance at defeating Hashirama than EMS Madara alone.
I know that Naruto has gone through some changes and all. He is even one of the most powerful ninja in history at such a young age but I'm not sure if he is just yet stronger than Sasuke. I belive that in terms of power, Naruto and Sasuke might have sort of a Madara/Hashi relationship going on in favor of Sasuke. I'm not saying that I think he will become hokage becaue I don't think he will.
