Well why not? It's like a war of attrition. Minato simply has to do a bit of guerrilla warfare to win. Simple enough, that's the basic thought behind his jutsu... Sasuke will run out of chakra before Minato loses 10%.

Another counter to genjutsu is to just not look in the eye. I don't see how Sasuke will get eye contact when Minato is using guerrilla warfare.

He fought with Itachi, whose chakra reserves were already pushed down due to illness. He hardly lasted as long as Itachi did. After using kirin, he still didn't have enough chakra to fight Itachi, let alone stand up. I hardly think I'll need to show you manga scans.

No, I'm saying chakra loss isn't a factor as Sasuke has the tools necessary to beat him before his chakra runs out. Not to mention you clearly have no proof Minato's chakra reserves are FAR above Sasuke's like you imply. Scans or proof otherwise its just an assumption on your part.

Minato isn't going to fight him looking at his chin. Do you know what guerrilla warfare is?

Sasuke's chakra reserve is not big enough. He was able to fight Ay and the Samurai, sure. He then went in to fight the other kage, yet almost got stomped by Mei. Oonoki was about to demolish Sasuke, but Obito saved him. He then went on to be fully healed by Karin. After his danzo fight, he was almost out of chakra, but was healed again by Karin, about midway. He then fought Kakashi which was like a 2 move exchange, hardly relevant and was warped away after a small chidori exchange with Naruto. Sasuke has no extreme chakra feats. His Chakra levels are on with Itachi's with an illness. He may have had a small upgrade, but not much. You made it seem like he went that whole giant fighting sequence on his chakra reserves.

Clearly, with EMS, Sasuke shouldn't have the drawbacks of using Amaterasu or any Sharingan technique for that matter; concerning chakra at least.
