Because Sakura's sealing is stronger, she doesn't need to use her chakra for youth, while Tsunade uses some of her chakra to make herself look younger, so Sakura uses full strenght and her seal is different it's Hyakugou, while Tsunade's Byakugou, it's seems that Sakura has a stronger seal.

I believe Hyakugou is weaker than Byakugou though.

Tsunade is far, far more experienced and has had the seal for longer that sakura has even been alive, she also has higher chakra levels and is a senju and uzimaki descendant.

These aspects outweigh the chakra she uses for youth.

The only difference between tsunade and sakura's techniques is the use of the concentrated chakra, the fact that tsunade has control so highly advanced that she can even use a jutsu like byakugo, is enough to prove that if she focused her chakra completely on offence that she would be much stronger than sakura. Tsunade's sealing is on a much higher level than sakura's, seeing tsunade's byakugo strength is greater than or equal to sakura's while her seal is dividing the use of chakra into two different systems.

Sasukes and itachis ribcage susanoo are not as strong as madaras that is something even i agree that she coud break them with low diff
Coming to madaras susanoo i say maybe a bit but she under tsunades level
But unlike tsunade if she woud get impaled with two swords she coud never take down a complete version of susanoo
