the mitotic regeneration just lets Tsunade use the chakra she stored to instaheal. Sakura is using it to put more power in her attacks. They are using the reverse sealing differently.

What u talking bout when each of the kage were fighting 5 Susanno's a piece Ay and tsunade were breaking thier respective Susanno's with physical brute strength alone

Onooki was fighting them with his rocks jutsu

And gaara was fighting his with sand
Mei was being Mei -/- and gaara had to fight off hers with sand bullets

Where are you getting these assumptions from?

Because Sakura's sealing is stronger, she doesn't need to use her chakra for youth, while Tsunade uses some of her chakra to make herself look younger, so Sakura uses full strenght and her seal is different it's Hyakugou, while Tsunade's Byakugou, it's seems that Sakura has a stronger seal.
