Kishi has not done a good job at correlating any of the power shown within the series.

Choji is is naturally strong but,lee's strength is overall superior to his,its only when choji uses his butterfly mode is he stronger then lee and that does not take into consideration the eight gates so i have no clue who is actually stronger,rock lee in 5 gates,choji in butterfly mode or sakura activating the yin seal.

Sakura shold definitely be put before tenten. Her overall strength and ability is better than that of Tenten's. Take out sakura's medical ninjutsu, she's still a strong ninja with great brute strength and genjutsu skills. Unlike Tenten who can be rendered useless without her tools and scrolls. Just my honest opinion.

Ino can never be stronger than Sakura. She's skilled yes. But take those two now (with their present skills set during the war with Madara), Ino will definitely lose to Sakura.

There is NO way that Sakura is ABOVE Neji. In terms of combat prowess, he completely and almost effortlessly surpasess her. End of story. Point blank. Period.

Couldn't help it really.... It's an overall list.... I've taken all factors like Intelligence,Strategy,etc into consideration....
If it was only about power.... Lee would be above Shikamaru and Neji.... Equal with Sakura on No.2.... =D =D

Sakura would not be over Neji either...she just punched harder.
And in some conditions; intelligence may not matter a lot.
