I have 2, i click on it and it won't go away

press view conversation at the message who needs approval, select it in right and approve it in left down like in my spoiler pic

when you get that message, it means that the vms await moderation by either you or a member of the staff.
Happens automatically and we need to "moderate" them depending on the situation, to go away.
You can also do that as Lady Hynata suggested.
