To be honest it can't go either way. This fight is one-sided.

Kakuzu in V2 can solo this..

Karin is a non-factor, along with Jugo when he hits berserk mode because, Kakuzu tendrils are seen to go through not only solid ground, but break through flesh, and bone (taking out hearts goes through flesh, and bone). Then going against Suigetsu is also a non-factor a simply Raiton-based technique would be enough to leave him inactive for quite some time (refer back to the Darui fight).

Sasuke is the only factor here however, it still isn't enough. Sasuke's C rank Katon is overpowered by Intelligent Hard Work + Pressure Damage combo. Possibly then hit with a False Darkness after the Katon collision. And this is all in base mode, and/or V1.

Kakuzu was beatin post war kakashi who is hebi sasuke's equal or even superior and then he didn't use all of his mask. Post war Kakashi and team 10 with prep is definitely stronger than team hebi.

Exactly. And thing is Kakuzu was in base mode fighting Kakashi. While tanking hits from Choji, and Shikamaru. I don't get why people put Kakuzu up against low-kage level shinobi sometimes not even that. Kakuzu should be paired against people like Itachi, Sasori, Kisame, Third Raikage, 2nd Mizukage etc.

V2 Kakuzu is by far the most versatile character in Naruto.

I am in no way a Kakuzu hater mate, I'm simply stating the truth, Sasuke is the perfect counter for Kakuzu, chidori true spear could easily kill Kakuzu from a distance, his sharingan and his capability of flight allows him to evade all of his masks attacks easily.

Nah man wind style counter's his long range chidori .. and his V2 long range form prevents him from coming close .. even if his chidori cuts through threads he is simply overwhelmed with them
