Nah man wind style counter's his long range chidori .. and his V2 long range form prevents him from coming close .. even if his chidori cuts through threads he is simply overwhelmed with them

Chidori true spear is nearly instant while his wind style mask takes a very long time to charge its attacks, he won't even have time to counter it. any forms of chidori will allow him to easily cut through his threads also Manda will pose a huge threat to Kakuzu.
